Great flavour easy to mix BCAA supplement
This BCAA provides amino acids Leucine, Isoleucine and Valine in a fairly standard 4:1:1 ratio. Its best taken during and after work out to help speed recovery and build muscle. As I go to the gym everyday with my son I usually take it during work the out so no worries there. It comes in a subtle branded matt dark green bottle which bucks the trend for most of these supplements which are usually bright and bold but a change is good and it stands out amongst out other supplements on the shelf for this reason.I choose the orange crush flavour to test as fruit punch In other brands usually tends to be to sweet. As it turns out the orange crush is great and just tastes like a regular orange squash drink without being to sweet and there is no after taste so I really like it. It’s hard to tell if it makes a lot of difference yet but given the ingredients it should assist in the long run.My only niggle really is the price as the serving size is 15mg and so this 450mg bottle will last only 30 days for £34.99 currently which is quite pricey. In summary the orange crush is a really great flavour, the bottle is nicely packaged but for 30 days supply its a little expensive.

Protein and BCAA supplement - high quality but overly expensive
BCAA is useful for supporting protein synthesis within muscles and this supplement contains 7.4g per 15g serving - 4.94g of L-Leucine, 1.25g L-Isoleucine and 1.21g of L-Valine. Each serving also provides 10.9g of protein (from hydrolysed whey isolate) and contains full amino acid profile - this product therefore goes over and above what a lot of other BCAA supplements I've tried do. This is clearly reflected in the price however as it is a very expensive supplement at £34.99 for just 30 servings and there isn't enough protein to replace my regular serving of whey either. The flavouring is pleasant and the powder mixes well with water. I'm pleased there is no added sugar so this is almost a carb free supplement - there appears to be some naturally occurring sugars at negligible amount (presumably lactose being a milk based powder) with sucralose for added sweetening. There's no denying this is a high quality supplement but it sure is pricey and I don't think especially great value as a result.

Very good quality, bit pricey though!
The most important thing to talk about is the taste... This honestly tastes fantastic! MUCH better than what I was expecting! In my experience, supplements don't taste nice with water (much better with milk), but this one tastes great with water. There's a great range of nutrients in here along with BCAA, some protein, and your standard electrolytes, making it great for recovery after intense exercise. The only downside I have with this product is the price! 30 servings for £35 is a bit much in my opinion.... But it does depend on what you're trying to achieve. You could get a popular sports drink such as lucozade sport low cal for under £1 a bottle. Same numberof calories, but instead of 10g of protein in this product, you get 10g of carbs instead. It is a tradeoff, but it comes pre bottled and is much less hassle than this product. If you're very tightly watching your carbs, e.g. keto diet, then common sports drinks might not be suitable for you.Personally however, I don't think the small differences matter too much. If you want protein, have a protein shake, you're going to end up mixing poweder with liquid either way.Overall, I think this is a good product, but be sure that you would benefit from this over common sports drinks.

I WISH THE TASTE WAS UNRIVALED BUT STILL GOOD
I am trying to be as objective and unbiased herre as possible. I am a fan of Kinetica and their weight gainers actually taste like milkshakes that you would buy without them being protein. Especially the raspberry white chochThis is very pricey for a BCAA drink. Most sit around £20-25 but this sits at £34.99The fruit punch is generic and most of the other suppliers have the same flavours to offer the brands. The fruit punch has not changed for a million years. This is great to add to recovery shakes or have with dextrose powder to make a during workout shake.BCAA are very important if you are doing any combat sports or weight training (otehr sports too sure but here they are used up fastest) as you are creating damage to tissue that needs to start reparation processes as soon as possible and your body does not wait for you to finish your workouts.Kinetica have made a good product as is their similar Blue and Copper coloured new range but the price on this is just a tad off the mark.

Great BCAA! Nice flavour!
I got this BCAA in orange crush flavour. I think it is very delicious and I enjoy this flavour a lot. The product comes in a very good packaging and is of very high quality. It is much better than my previous BCAA. The ingredients are perfect for me and what I also like about it is that it is gluten free. My trainings improved since I have started using this supplement. Even though it is a little bit expensive, I think it is definitely worth using and I am going to buy it again as well as try the fruit punch flavour. Highly recommended!

Possibly an acquired taste
I wanted to try this item to keep me going through the day whilst on keto. I can't say i was a massive fan of the flavour as i still tasted what i would describe a 'Powdery' taste. Although saying this i have tried a few of these supplement drinks and this is one of the more pleasant tasting ones. The packaging is basic but i don't feel a product like this needs fancy packaging.

Great Stuff
We've used a protein powder from Kinetica before so was very pleased to come across this as my partner switches between using BCAA's in both tablet and powder form and has done for some time as he uses them religiously for better fueling his workouts and helping to achieve better gains. He was happy with the composition/ratio of this one (4: 1: 1 with the 4 on the leucine being slightly higher than the ratio in his normal one) and although he prefers his to be as straight forward as possible with the taste and the more bland the better he didn't mind the flavour at all and I also thought it was quite nice. Not far off average for what we pay usually for a decent BCAA so would happily get again.
