Pleasure to cook with.
This is a quality made product. Very attractive looking also. Seems to heat very evenly on glass top stove. No sticking and super easy to clean. Time will tell if coating holds up. Overall we are extremely pleased so far.Update: I was premature with my review. In a short period of time (2 Weeks) all types of food begansticking to the pad. Also,I noticed small scratches on the cooking surface along with two small areas where the coating had come off. I had been very careful not to scratch this pan and never used any metal or abrasive cooking tools. These scratches were not there to begin with. They were caused by using my plastic tools.I have other pans that i have used for up to a year with no such problems. Usually takes 9 to 12 months before these other brands start to stick. They cost much less and i don't have a problem replacing them after close to a year of constant usage.I have concluded that the coating on the pan is not durable at all.

Incredible.
I've been using mine since the day I purchased it, with the following maintenance:- Never bring the heat higher than "6" (out of 10) on my stove- Use oil anyway. Non-stick is a helpful coating, not a free pass.- Clean it. Thoroughly. Before and after. Every time. With soap.- No metal instruments.Having done that, using it 2-4 times a day every day since the purchase date (9/13/2014), I have cooked:- Beef patties, straight into the pan frozen, cooked until done on low-med heat (3-5)- Shrimp stir-fry (shrimp, red potatoes, green beans, mushrooms, onions)- Tofu stir-fry (Same as above, but with tofu instead of shrimp)- Eggs, dozens of them.- Pan-seared crunchwraps- Fried waffles / french toast sticks (canola oil, 6 heat, fry, cry a little from joy)- Reconstituted leftovers (egg rolls, salmon, fried rice, white rice, many chinese dishes, whatever my friends didn't take home, etc)- Weird experiments involving trying to pan-fry bananas and other things (dried bananas just get really hot, regular bananas turn to crispy mush, other experiments are too embarrassing to relate)Even after all of that, my pan looks and functions as if it were brand new. Food just glides along it, it heats up perfectly evenly, the lack of screw heads on the inside of the pan makes for easier cooking and cleaning, and the finishes on the inside and outside of the pan are really very attractive. If you know how to take care of a non-stick pan (which you now do if you read the list at the start of this), then I have no issue wholeheartedly recommending this pan.

Non-stick!
It’s a good size, really non-stick, like that the sides are a bit high and it seems sturdy. I only used it once for eggs and potatoes, but very pleased I bought it. Size, shape —good! Time will tell, but I’ll treat it well.

Attractive and decent quality Teflon coated pan for the price.
It was time for a new pan as my old ones were pretty much non longer non-stick. I read through so many reviews of Teflon and ceramic coated pans that my head spun. I really wanted to try the ceramic pans, but decided to stick with the material that I knew best - Teflon. I read too many people claiming the ceramic pans lost their non-stick properties after just a few weeks of use.The TeChef pans stood out for price as well as the claim of 6 layers of Teflon coating. I've come to the conclusion that you can't use a non-stick pan for a decade and should expect to swap out pans every 3-4 years. The Teflon just can't withstand the repeated heating and abrasion cycles from cooking cleaning over the years no matter what pan you have. So price was a big factor - if these pans didn't last the 3-4 years I'm used to, then I wouldn't be out too much money. The TeChef pans look very attractive with nice finish and colors - far better than Tefal pans. My only gripe here is that I wish the handle was not screwed on. Seems very cheap as I'm used to the two big sturdy rivets. Good aspect is that there are no rivets to clean.Cooking on these pans is typical for a lighter pan - they heat up really fast compared to the heavier Calphalon pans I used to have. They also don't get as hot, which is a curse and benefit depending on what you're cooking. I see this as good since you're not supposed to heat these Teflon pans higher than a medium temperature. Don't expect to do much browning with these pans - though that is a task for a different type of pan - cast iron or seasoned steel is a better choice. My only real complaint is that both TeChef pans I bought slightly bow up in the middle when heated. Not so bad as some of my previous aluminum pans from Tefal did, but enough to see when the butter or oil moves around the pan. Also, the sides of these pans curve up too steeply. This makes for a challenge when making omelettes as they don't slide onto the plate without crumpling in on themselves.Only time will tell how the 6 layers of Teflon will do in the long-run.

LOVE the easy clean up!
In my quest to lose weight and eat healthily I've had to stop relying on restaurants and ready-meals. In short, I've had to cook. Even more than my dislike of cooking is my dislike of cleaning. That's not a problem with this pan. Pour off the fat and wipe with paper towel. After that, a quick swish with a soapy sponge, rinse, you're done. The washing up is done in under a minute. Beauty! I do a lot of batch cooking so that I can count on having things ready to go in the fridge when it's meal time. Like everyone else I work long, hard hours and I'm hungry and tired when I get home. So I'll have a fry-a-thon on my days off and do sausages or bacon and have them ready in pyrex in the fridge. Then I can just microwave a couple of rashers to go with an egg for breakfast, that kind of thing. I've been doing this for the past year since joining Greysheeters Anonymous and while the weight has been literally falling off me, I've been more satisfied than ever with the delicious foods that I eat. (Greysheeters LOVE their food. Clean, beautiful, functional cookware like this helps tremendously. Thank you, Amazon.)

GREAT PAN
This is my 3rd pan over the last 9 -10 years. It last 3-4 years with daily usage. Better than any on the market.
