Comfortable and reliable - Size reference
Fits well, its comfortable and protects reasonably well. Im 6.2 tall and got L size

Amazingly Comfortable
Miles better than any cup I've worn before. I just tried it out on a 7 hour shift, walking probably 11000 steps. Only really started to annoy me at the very end, and there were times when I even forgot it was there. Sitting was almost somehow even more comfortable than without it, which sounds crazy.Tested out the protection with a few sets of firm whacks...could still feel it but it's only probably 1% - 5% of what it would have been. A swift kick in the jewels might still take your breath away, but you won't be on the floor puking and incapacitated.It works for exactly what I need, personally, which is protection while on patrols on duty, so I'd recommend it if you are prioritizing comfort. If your plan is to do kickboxing or something professionally violent then who knows, you're going to have to test it for yourself. Certainly worth buying either way.

Is a good cup
It is a okay cup, it looks great and protects very well. However it isn't very comfortable on bare skin. It should be worn over underwear or compression shorts. Besides that, it has been very durable and if you wash it and let it air dry, this product should last long.

It's useful against hiding in the groin. This brand is much better, then getting in martial arts schools. 🥋

Great stable fit for Karate sparring!
Why did you pick this product vs others?:I do weekly Karate sparring where kicking the groin is common practice, so I needed something reliable that stayed in place. I have used this for several months now and I am very happy with it.

Good product for your sparring session!
The media could not be loaded. The groinguard does a great job, stays in place and doesn't bother you while sparring. The cup can be removed easily so you can wash the cloth after the training. I would also recommend to rince the cup since it will catch a lot of condensation. I wear it over my boxer and under my training short. Size M for my 32 waist is perfect. Worth the price!
