Sof SoleWomen's Athletic High Arch Performance Full-Length Insole

These are must have an all of my athletic shoes and hiking boots and cowboy boots. You can trim them to match the sole in the shoe, you are replacing the soul. I just take the soul out and put it on top of this athletic soul trace and cut. They make such a huge difference when I’m playing pickle ball. My feet do not hurt afterwards.

Help with achy feet

These work as described. I was looking for an insole similar to discontinued insoles but are not as thick and cushioned

For several years I have used a much better insole that Sof Sole makes which has a firm nylon plate. Unfortunately, that item had become unavailable, so I tried the next best choice. Although it does provide some support for my high arches, it is just too soft and so I would not buy it again.

I have high arches and I hate the flimsy inserts that have no support under the arch. They'll say they're for high arches, but they're junk. These have been great. My feet feel so much better and I've been able to correct my gait (I walk on the outsides of my feet). Only thing that isn't great is that my toes hang off the edge I have giant feet though (11.5 women's), so the odds of finding something that would 100% fit my feet was slim to none. I recommend this product!

I purchased 2 pairs of these SOFSOLE Perform Athletic + Arch Insoles. One was for women and the other for men. They were both orange and black in color. I wore them both for a good number of hours before this review. These insoles give no support and are just soft gel-like padding for the soles of my feet. Not helpful at all for people with foot problems.I have worn an older model of SOFTSOLE insole (green and black in color with a triangle emblem) which was rigid and provided a deeper recess for the heels which were excellent and that the quality I was hoping to purchase.

I have been wearing this brand for years in my running shoes but the design has changed and the quality is now inferior to the products I've gotten in the past. I am returning them. They are very thin and do not offer much in the way of cushioning or support.
