Tight on my arms
Runs small. I like the way this fit around my arms because i had lipo in my arms so its tight and helped me get rid of swelling, however, in the front (breast area) its too tight so it can be uncomfortable.

Great post breast reduction
Stretches and this was comfortable post breast reduction. I no longer need underwire plus it’s not comfortable. I felt confident with padding staying in place and appreciated the front snaps as well.

Good but not great!
I am using this after arm lipo. I love the style, it’s comfortable, and I am able to use this in place of a bra (size G) so I like that. However, I do wish the arm compressions was a bit tighter.

Mostly fits
I recently had lipo done on my arms and needed to wear a compression shirt with sleeves for 8 weeks. I have a large chest and this shirt didn’t quite hold them in. I went up a size but the sleeves were too large. If you are in the same boat, I recommend getting the shirt without the breast support (but then the section with the hooks may be a bit snug as well) or their full body suit.

Runs very small
According to their size guide, I should wear a large. I usually wear a medium or large in other clothes. I ended up returning several to find the right size. I ended up with XXL which is 2 sizes above my usual. But now that I have the right fit, I love it! Very comfortable to wear 2 weeks out from Brachioplasty.

Size
I ordered 2 of theses bra’s because I wasn’t sure how they would fix. I ordered a med and a large. The med was perfect. I would say they are true to size. So I’ll return the large.

Bust size??.
I don't understand where these companies are getti g their sizing from. I ordered according to their chart and had to get two 4-hook extenders (because there are 8 hooks down the front) to get it to fit in the bust. I am not well endowed by any means. With that being said, I've been struggling for 3 weeks now to find a post-op arm compression sleeve after lipo that fits in the arm pits, across the back, and is long enough to stay past my elbows. The fabric is super soft and, after adding the hooks, is comfortable to wear all day. Haven't tried sleeping in it yet.
