JetLocking Swivel Caster Wheels (98-0130)

The treads for these casters are 1/2." After looking for casters with 3/8" threaded pins that can support the JET 48" lathe stand, I made an adapter so I could use these casters with the 1/2" threaded pins, which support the weight of the lathe. The problem I had when I first tried to return the items was that Amazon does not send UPS to pick up an order sold by this vendor, only a UPS drop off option. Ultimatly VM was responsive to my request for a pick up, since I live in the country, and sent me a prepaid FED EX label and the number to call for a FED EX pickup. Good luck trying to get through to FED EX!

I should have gotten these 8 months ago when I bought my drum sander and stand! Bolted them right up, perfect fit, and now my equipment moves around with just one finger! Easy locks to set and release too!

Wheels are strong. Unfortunately ours didn’t come with the nuts so we had to spend a few more bucks to get some

Wheels still turn with brakes on. Installed on Jet drum sander stand and tool will not stay in place with all four wheels locked per manufactures instruction. In addition, it was missing a bolt when it arrived, requiring a trip to the hardware store.

They do what they are supposed to do. Expensive. Hope the rubber "tires" don't disintegrate like their predecessor.

These lockable casters are great! Easy to install and easy to unlock and lock. They are expensive though at nearly $100. They were about $20 cheaper when I purchased mine.
