My son loves it! But the music letter board got damaged almost the same week we got it and I can’t find it anywhere for purchase.

Sound isn’t professional but very cute for a child. Finally set it up for my 1.5 yr old son and can’t wait until he sees it. It was so easy to set up. Just attach the legs and put the whole stool together. Very simple.

Piano arrived totally broken internally, when you pick it up everything inside moves. The keys are broken, most of them don’t press down and make no noise, and the keys that do press down sound horrible. Total piece of junk. And I can’t even return it because I didn’t open the box for 2 months because I didn’t have time. I want a full refund for this junk

I saw the reviews for this and they sent me running for a while. Turns out, toddler pianos aren’t easy to find and they also have mostly crap reviews. Ultimately, I decided to purchase this off of the fact that Melissa and Doug usually have such amazing, quality toys. Now that it’s in my house and built, i can understand the negativity. The keys are a little wobbly, there were a few not working at first but wiggling them around fixed that problem. i truly believe, that the people who are buying this product, are part of a community of people who KNOW music and KNOW instruments. Their expectations for a piano might be a little too high. After all , it’s just a children’s toy. I personally couldn’t ask for much more for a 4 year old to bang around on. Aside from the issue of sound quality, it is STURDY and so so beautiful! Hoping my autistic little boy loves it.

My grandchildren love instruments. This year I purchased this for their collection. They love to play it. I just wish the keys made more of a piano sound and not just a toy piano sound. If that makes sense. Either way, I would still recommend it! It’s also very pretty and looks like full size grand piano. Happy it comes with the bench as well.

I ordered this piano because it was on the suggestion list. According to the recipient's parent it has a very tinny sound. My granddaughters received a different brand several years ago and sound quality was much better. I'd suggest reading reviews and ignore the "suggestion list of a specific item".

My baby boy LOVED it! It's the cutest thing I've ever seen. Very easy to put together. I don't know how they did it but the legs and stool parts just screw right in with ease. I only give the sound a 2 b/c you can barely hear it when you hit the keys. I realize they're metal rods inside but the sound was the only disappointing thing for me. For my grandson? NO. He loved it!!! I am really glad I purchased it!

We got this as a Christmas gift. 5 days before Christmas we thankfully put it together. Straight out of the box (undamaged) there were multiple keys that did not work. There were loose nuts on the inside. If we had time we would return it. Unfortunately we will be gifting a broken piano.The sound quality is not great. I guess that must be expected with a toddler piano. This piano isn’t cheap so I expected better.

The media could not be loaded.  For my 3 year old who's autistic and loves playing the big piano. For around 300$ I thought this would sound most likely like a piano. I was wrong. This is the sound of aluminium hitting into a nail. One key is broken. The top of the piano was scratched from left to right, it was dirty. I carefully selected the NEW MODEL to be given a used one. To me, we can call this a scam. Nothing is well glued together. Calling them tomorrow. My son won't even play it hurts our ears.
