I recently purchased the 9 ft Folding Foam Balance Beam, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. My daughter is a beginner gymnast, I wanted to get her something to practice at home without taking up too much space or being too intimidating, and this beam fits the bill perfectly. Versatile: It’s great for beginners, but even intermediate gymnasts could use it for training balance and basic skills. Cons: Not for Advanced Use: While it’s perfect for home practice and beginners, more advanced gymnasts might find it too soft or not stable enough for high-level training. Overall, I highly recommend this beam for anyone looking to practice balance or start gymnastics at home. It’s well-priced, functional, and has been a game changer for my daughters training!

This is such a great gymnastics beam! My daughter and son love practicing beam on it! It’s even foldable! So easy to store!

4 1/2 star rating. This beam is so good! I love it so much! It's so great to fold and doesn't matter if I miss a foot on it. The sturdiness is good unless you lean more on one side than the other, than it will tip a little bit. Just a little bit though, not much. This is my first beam and Love it! It's a little hard to use on an uneven surface like on the grass and stuff, but it's great! It's a little hard for jumps. It's like 95% great for jumps and 5% LITTLE BIT un-sturdy. Overall I'd give a 4 1/2 star rating.

My daughter loved this beam. Very durable and light weight. It's nice to be able to fold it up and get it out of the way. I would recommend this to anyone that may have limited space and have a child that is just starting out in gymnastics to learn the proper way to use a beam and the gym. Safe option.

Perfect for kid gymnastics

As other people mentioned, this is not a firm beam. It is actually less firm than my 2 inch 4 x 10 We Sell Mats Practice mat. However the fact that it is so squishy makes it great for stability training. Now mind you I am almost 200 pounds and got it to practice some gymnastics tricks I could do when I was younger. I will probably buy a firmer beam in the future and I’m sure turns would not go well for me on this beam (or maybe anyone). But I walked back and forth on it today for an hour (while on a phone call), just to practice balancing and 12 hours later my whole body is sore. (And despite my weight, I do exercise a lot and walk every day sometimes with weights on), so I’m pleasantly surprised by this and I decided to keep it. When I move to a hard beam I’m sure it will seem so much easier after this. I would recommend it if you are looking to improve your balance on a standard beam or even just in general.

Used to help with a broken ankle. My grandkids loved the balance beam.
