My dog loves it!
*updated* Worth about what I paid for on sale! At full price idk maybe? definitely because of their customer support!lets start off by talking about their customer support team! they are simply amazing and make this board worth the investment! they have been quick responsive and proactive about concerns; which left me with a incredible positive experience.basics for this board... this board is very heavy like alot of electrics; can go quite fast, accelerating very quickly. this thrust and the need to tension the trucks for what speed you intend to go makes it a better intermediate board then an beginner... but being able to use the brake while you step on does make it a nice learning feature....remote) I find the controls at times to be a bit cumbersome. there is a thumb switch below the throttle for controlling forward/reverse; and can be flipped pretty easily (not a horrible thing on its own); but, there is no control intelligence to prevent the board from switching while your at speed... so a little bump can leave you floating over the ground as the board goes off in the other direction... at speed this can be more a bit of bad news... then while its quite easy to use the speed modes (almost too easy as you can bump into a higher setting, but not a huge deal) it is quite difficult to adjust the brake settings and can't be done on the fly... as you need to hold down the brake throttle and press the speed button at the same time; so adjusting based on your where you are is a no... good news is that the brake is a throttle so its not a all/nothing thingwheels, you get the rubber wheels (and maybe a set of PU wheels?, you did at the time I ordered) the rubber wheels while being nice and big with a little bit of shock absorbing (perfect for the small rock) big soft wheels did make for a smooth ride even on slightly ruff surfaces; started "talking" pretty quickly... leaving me to switch to the PU wheels do to concerns about wear. the PU wheels are too narrow to completely cover the motor hub and drop the board height so that even going off the curb (sidewalk to parking lot) tends to rub the bottom.. but never started making noise. both wheels do alter the ride of the board quite a bit leading to a different and mostly pleasant experience and I can see being nice depending on your comfort/previous experiences. personally I do wish the rubber wheels held up a bit better. But this is where their customer service steps up... they contacted me about the issues in my review. worked with me to find a solutions and got me up and running very quickly!defiantly would/will buy from them again!side note; you need to make rainbow cloudwheels! and sharkwheels; maybe even a hybrid? rainbow shark cloud wheels? plz?

great upgrade, excellent seller
Great upgrade if you've started with a basic 350-watt single motor board. This has the power and torque to get you uphill with no problems. I started on a long board with a single 350-watt motor and learned on that, it was very good for flat and smooth areas, but lacked the ability to get me up a hill especially when the battery starts to get low. I looked about for a replacement that wasn't too crazy fast, heavy or too expensive, didn't ride all the time. I selected this board and so far, it's been great! I keep it on the high settings with a pretty aggressive braking set too. After a couple of rides and adjustments to the suspension I've got it pretty well dialed in for a bit of carving but stable for @ 20-25 mph. I've had it up to 35mph but at my age that's a bit too fast, I'm 63... The board with the wheels that have tread can get through stuff on the road that stopped my older board with smooth wheels, like the time I hit a patch of sugar sand and the old board stopped but I didn't. After about 40 miles one of the motor/hubs started making a clicking noise when riding, quiet when weight was on it, ok I'm 170 lbs. Contacted seller through amazon and with an immediate reply they sent out another motor/hub. Replaced the unit with little difficulty and was back at it. The seller also sent a replacement antislip cover for the board with the replacement motor/hub, but I was able to peel back the original without destroying. I'll keep it for the future. Great seller response, attention to customer service and experience. Funny, I've been approached by some asking about it when I'm out riding and when I remove my helmet, they are kind of taken back by my age. Just enjoying life!

Super fun, but quality?
I’ve rode this board for about 12 miles so far and I now have this clicking noise from the right rear wheel and also the grip tape is cut funny on only this corner, doesn’t bother me but still…

The product is five stars, but the company is six stars if possible.
The skateboard itself is perfect. The large rubber wheels, generously sized deck, and comfortable concave make for the perfect ride. The range and top speed are excellent, well beyond what is required. For all of these features the price is unbeatable. Nevertheless the best part of this transaction was TeamGee or Hamaqi USA itself for their amazing customer service. I had my doubts about working with an offshore brand, but I needn't have. They are very responsive, fair, and stand by their product. They also sell refurbished versions of their products, which, while not new, are in good condition and represent an amazing value for the consumer who doesn't need it in new condition. The product itself is five stars; the company is six stars. very impressed.

Awesome long board
We got it because of the bigger tires . For the price and it’s build you can’t go wrong . Not the greatest at hills and my weight at 270 lbs . Otherwise it’s really good on pavement and sidewalks. Have fun .

Decent but worth it?
I bought mine on a deal. Right out of the box one of the wheels had a little bit of drift. I didn't think anything of it but it eventually got worse after about a month. the board makes a clicking sound every time the wheel goes around in a circle and the battery is not holding up as expected. If the board is turned on it starts pushing itself forward unless you hold the brakes. But the moment you let off it continues to move forward.Even on a deal this was extremely displeasing and this is my first electric board. I've had electric bikes before and from my experience this is a good product for beginners but not worth the price.
