Remino 25 LPH Commercial RO Water Purifier with Single Pump Purification and Fully Automatic Function, TDS Adjuster, Blue

The product is okay so far, but there is no installation support as described on the page by the seller.The seller redirected me to someone else for the installation support and after 2 days of follow-up, he declined installation support telling me that the location is far away from his area. I had contacted the number before ordering to avoid this, and was promised that the installation would be done at any place within 24 hours of order delivery. Neither the seller or the installation agent respond properly anymore, and the installation agent who I was asked to contact has pathetic attitude, so it's best to go with local markets because there is no support of any form from the seller after the purchase.

Product is of good quality, very easy to setup, it already comes with most of the things pre fitted, it took the service engineer just 10 mins to setup (as I already was using an RO filter, so had the T tap and all required things) but still service engineer charged ₹ 650 (that's ok, since it's already mentioned in the product page)Overall had a good experience, in my case the input TDS is around 400 and it gives output with 50 TDS.Will update the review after a week or so.

I was looking for a 100LPH compact RO system and asked around for rates. This product was less than half the market rate and hence I was very skeptical about it. But the sales person on whstaspp was very helpful and answered all questions and the product arrived ahead of time. Working well and so issues so far.From a PH of 7.8 and TDS of 400 this RO got my water to a PH of 7.1 and TDS of 80. Very impressed, will keep updating the post with comments as I use more

This product is not value for Money.First time received one Motor damaged and water leaking . Second time received one water leaking from the pipes. Installation service also not providing we have to take the private person to install for me first time installation chargers 650rs and second time installation 500rs and no use and company is also not responsible for any compensation. I am really disappointed. Please don't buy this product. Total money lost for this product is 1150rs.

Purchased 25LPH last year around August. The product is ok, however filters became unusable in 3-4 months. Service in Kolkata is HORRIBLE! The entity they have tied up with fleece customers like anything, overcharge on parts, makes you purchase parts not required, and on top of that refuse to provide invoices. Disgusting.

I have to install this filter myself, because how ignorant the installation guy was acting. I called for installation for at-least three days and no-one responded a single time. Unit is functioning okay

I have bought it 20 days ago & one motor is making very loud noise. I contacted company and they are saying to courier the motor, after that they will send another motor. 😢😢😢

this products dose not give 25 lph water even after repair and first day it found effective there technician repair it many time but we totally dissatisfy
