First day review:I wanted a bench since the gyms are closed during the lockdown. I am by no means a gym rat, more a recreational gym goer but I was pleasantly surprised with this bench. It has everything I wanted from it.- Putting it all together was pretty simple, no power tools required, just a wrench for three bolts (bolts and wrench all provided), and 5 pins (also provided) to slot the bench pieces together. Took about half an hour to put together on my own.- it feels stable enough for me (6ft2 200lbs) yet is surprisingly light for its size- Adjustable back to make it both incline and decline which was important for me.- Comfortable to use, things feel like they're in the right place- aesthetically pleasing to look at so that's a plus for a home exercise bench.- folds away which is also important for me. I'm glad they added the new video to show how it folds without having to unwrench the bolts and disassemble. (to fold for daily use: remove pins, front support rotates anticlockwise and tucks under the seat, back support rotates clockwise and tucks under the seat as well and wraps over the front support)Some measurements that might help:100cm height, 140cm length when fully extended30cm height, 70cm length when folded for daily use (could make it more compact by removing a couple of bolts for longer term storage)

It's cheap, and it does work as a bench. It hasn't broken in 3 months so I'm happy with that, and it folds up small enough to transport around.However, it's not that sturdy, and I'm waiting for the day it falls apart beneath me... This hasn't happened yet, but it's getting more and more unsteady, and the bracing is quite flimsy.However, it's still working currently.

Really good product for a reasonable price. My original product was delivered and the front leg was damaged during transit and unusable. The company swiftly responded to my questions and sent another within a couple of days and were more than helpful. Couldn't recommend this company or product enough.

I don't normally write reviews but I am on this item as I feel it is dangerous in its design.When it was delivered and assembled I found it a bit wobbly and I had to glue a part together but thought for the money it was OK.However 3 months in and over the last week the back board had collapsed twice when in use and I am only 75kg so not because of my weight!The last time I was on the bench with a 36kg bar over me when the bench slipped it's supports and fell backwards from flat to floor level. I just managed to stop the bar landing on me but it crashed into my garage door, damaging the door, and the slip caused me neck damage and pain for several days! The first time I had 2 weights so managed to get them clear as it fell.Basically going to have to scrap this as it's now to late to return so not as good value as I thought!

Title says it all really. Inexpensive to buy. Easy to put together (came with 2 spanners) - I did it alone in under ten minutes. Looks good, black with orange piping. Comfortable to work out on, whilst firm. Only slight downside is the foam handle covers on the bar that goes across the end pad (leaning pad), I use bands over the bar (it comes with some built in by the way), and they are apt to wear out with the cables very quickly, could do with a small fitment like an oar-crutch to stop the cables sawing into them.

Would not fit together because of missing holes. On the first pice either the brackets had been welded on the wrong side or with brackets on drilled on wrong side. Feet bolted on ok but arm rest facing wrong wayDrilled myself to save sending back.Not very sturdy but ok for me at 74

I wasn't confident going to the gym given the Delta virus is still here so decided to make a gym at home. The first thing needed was the gym bench and this one ticks all the boxes. This is-> Easy to assemble, all tools are provided to set it up and doesn't take very long as it needs only three bolts-> Easy to fold so no space crunch-> I am 88 kilos (aim is to reduce it) and this bench is stable for me-> adjustable backrest is a bonus and is great for different Chest and shoulder exercisesSo far happy with my purchase, looking forward to my home workouts.

Couple minor issues such as metal got a bit bent in the delivery and as seen in the image a little bit to much leather on the preacher curl rest. Basically seeming to be no major issue. Great for the price. Folds nicely as well. Only had it for a day. I do recommend it. For price 4.5 star rating I’d give it. Overall would give it a 4/5 star review

Ottimo acquisto, stra usata. I materiali sono buoni e dopo averla usata per più di un anno posso affermare che è anche resistente. Il peso non è eccessivo, quindi è facile da spostare. Montaggio molto semplice.

Llego perfecto y aunque no lo he probado con el máximo peso en barra (solo 70 Kg.) creo que cumplirá las expectativas.Un poco débil para mi gusto,pero bien.

moins de 100 euros (et j'avais de la part d'amazon une remise de 20 euros).le banc est facile à monter, il est pliable et ainsi prend peu de place (pour le rangement, c'est très utile).son utilisation est simple, intuitive, rapide. il est solide (je ne fais pas 120 kg non plus).le rapport qualité-prix est très bon, je trouve.

Una panca da allenamento semplice, per nulla pesante (Soprattutto rispetto alle panche nelle palestre) e robusta, solida.Anche se non ha un sistema di montaggio troppo comodo, una volta assemblata è facile da aprire-chiudere.Se la compri non sprechi i tuoi soldi, a meno che tu non sia un bodybuilding che usa 40 kg di manubri per la spinta su panca piana (E in questo caso credo che tu vada in palestra. Se non puoi, questa panca non credo sia abbastanza robusta per attività troppo avanzate a livello di pesi).
