It really increases vitality and the stamina if you are able to observe it in you! I saw this in fituber. I thought of taking one as he advised then I read the bottle for dosage and it said 2 pills 2 times in a day.. So I combined both and started taking 1 pill 2 times in a day.... Since it needs fat to observe in the body well I take it with milk at night and with water and ghee in the day because milk in the day is not optimal for the body as Ayurveda says!I started noticing energy within 15 days of dosing.... I'll continue for 2 months 2 pills for a day!Dont forget to drink coconut water often when supplimenting with this vati. It causes rise in body heat.
