Q: Will this work on corrugated plastic /PVC pipe or will it tear it up

Works fine on these pipes, nothing over 3500 psi though.

Q: Is the hose stiff enough to not kink ?

It is fairly rigid but like with any hose conditions mean a lot. If you were using this on an extremely hot day and say it was sitting in your work truck or out in the sun it will get soft and more pliable and more apt to kink. With a pressure washer attached to it and some water flow it would cool off pretty quick and then you could go about your task. I have used this with normal water pressure from my outside hose spigot with an hose thread adapter and it worked rather well for freeing up some clogged pipes.

Q: Will this work with a husky 1650 psi electric pressure washer?

If the Husky has standard pipe fittings you should be able to connect up. Whether 1650 PSI is sufficient pressure for the job is unknown. The higher the pressure the better chance that you'll be able to blast through a clog. My washer has up to 3500 PSI. That pressure worked for me.

Q: Works for a karcher K1 pressure washer

To be effective the pressure washer should be 3,000 PSI or more. With the right hardware anything can be adapted to work with anything else. Can't see a reason why your Karcher wouldn't work with this Jetter kit.
