Over the last year, I've seen hair thinning as a 21-year-old college student, probably due to stress and nutrient deficiencies. It definitely hurt my confidence, especially since I'm short, so people have a great view of that loss. I’ve been using this hairline powder for about 6 months now, and I genuinely love it. Applying it is super easy and takes a few minutes, especially with the brush and sponge that help be precise and blend everything in naturally. It looks natural and makes a huge difference right away, in my opinion. Once I apply it, I usually set it with a bit of hairspray, and it stays in place all day and even into the next day (just needing a small touch-up). I’ve seen some negative reviews about it not lasting, but I think people forget that this is a powder, so you have to treat it like one and set it like. I haven’t noticed it ever sweating off normally, but of course, if you scratch your head, some of it will come off. I’ve found that it can feel itchy sometimes, but it’s not that often or constant. Shampoo removes it completely, and oddly enough, there’s something oddly satisfying about seeing all the excess color rinse out. It doesn’t stain my scalp or leave residue behind. Compared to a similar product I tried before, this one looks much more natural, lasts longer, and comes off more easily. Overall, I love this product. It’s not a permanent fix, but it’s an easy, effective way to improve the appearance of thinning hair. Even though I still have plenty left, I’m definitely going to buy again.

My grays are coming in with a vengeance these days, but this product covers them beautifully - and lasts pretty much until I shampoo out. If I wear my hair pulled up and back, a dab here and there fills in areas where the scalp shows, giving an illusion of thicker hair. The dark brown color matches my deep brunette hair shade perfectly. No tint of red or any shoe-polish-black looking mess, just the perfect shade of brown. I've used root sprays and other brands of powder - this by far has been my favorite.

It’s a wonderful product. Don’t hesitate just because it cost less than products with celebrity names attached. It stays in place even on the hottest of days. Doesn’t rub off on your pillow or your clothing. It lasts in between washings. You can use on eyebrows if you choose. It lasts along time. I was very disappointed this month however, when it arrived the product was cracked and fell apart when I opened it, losing a substantial amount. I hate returns ! I’m not sure what to do because I don’t want to be without now that I’ve tried it. It’s very true to color indicated. I have jet black hair, I order black. The dark brown would work for most shades of med to dark brown

This is simply the best root cover up product I have ever used! I have tried other products and they just did not do the trick. But the Sevich covers roots perfectly. It blends in immediately and stays on until you wash it out. Oh, and did I say it looks 100% natural? Because of this amazing product, I am able to visit my hairdresser every 8 weeks instead of every 4 weeks so it saves me money too! I love this product!

I have med brown hair with light to dark blonde highlights. The brown wasn’t dark enough. I skipped med brown and ordered dark brown. I’m stuck with the brown that I have but oh my goodness what a game changer for me. The dark is perfect. I have fine, thin hair. I love to wear it up but too many little areas show scalp and I don’t like it. This completely takes care of those areas and looks natural! If you have medium brown hair with or without highlights, I would recommend getting the dark brown.

This wasn't my first purchase of hair powder but this was the first for this brand. It provides coverage but not as dark as id like (brown is a caramel in color), they say less is more but I have to use more of this specific product to get the same coverage, this is not marketed as a X10 coverage so if you have mild coverage needs this probably will work. I'm just on the last strech of a hair regrowth program. The applicator and volume is standard solid cap that shuts securely.

Product is good. However, received the wrong one. Ordered Sevich Light Brown powder but received Sevich Root Touch. Having issues with Amazon website to correct this Snafu.

Je suis tellement heureuse d'avoir trouvé cette poudre pour la ligne des cheveux ! J'ai perdu beaucoup de cheveux à cause du stress, des traumas et de l'âge (43 ans, déjà ! 😅), mais cette poudre camoufle vraiment bien et me redonne confiance en moi. C'est facile à utiliser et ça tient toute la journée. Je la recommande vivement !

I like this covered areas with out mess on face that spray does.you can dot on hair where it’s thinned.Like an eye shadow for hair.
