It's good
I like the thickness of the mat, however I'm not sure how durable it will be. It is very spongy so when you step off of it you can see your footprints. It already has a small tear and I have only used it maybe 8 times. Sure is comfortable on my knees.

Great yoga mat for portability and thickness; comfort A+; stickability not so good. So for those of you that sweat a lot in your yoga practice this is not the mat for you but the price point is excellent.

It's thick, not like your normal thin yoga mat. But it works great and doesn't seem to slip that much.
