Layne Harper Did it Again
SPOILER ALERTThis book was definitely worth the wait. For the second time finishing this series, I'm still thinking about it hours after finishing it and all I want to do is go back and start the first book again. I cannot get enough of Charlie and Colin. They are two well-developed, complex and completely imperfect characters who I'm convinced it is impossible not to fall in love with. I had very mixed emotions reading this book--it was happiness, tragedy, frustration, and bliss all in one package. Colin spends so much time caught up in his own head that its painful to read and have him not recognize that Charlie is grieving both what her relationship with her father was and what it could have been. I couldn't believe how quickly he went from supporting her (as she has him for the past couple of years) to threatening divorce. I also was surprised that the reappearance of her eating disorder (seemed like she was going that way) wasn't more fully developed, nor was the kidnapping threat.I'm also still a little clueless how Ainsley's birth timeline went...the hours definitely don't match up. Although I completely agree with Charlie's decision to hold off telling Colin, I would have hated to be put in that situation and I also see if from Colin's point of view.I do wish that we could have read Charlie's perspective on Colin leaving the game of football. Although I can understand the public's resentment, I think he chose the perfect time to leave-he knew he had already accomplished his life's dream and his physical (and mental)health was going to continue to challenge him. Seems like he learned from Clay's example-he wanted to still be able to play with his children when football was all over. It's hard to believe the media would have actually left them alone for so long after Colin announced his retirement, but maybe its the "out of sight, out of mind" philosophy. I was slightly heartbroken to hear they sold the Dallas house-even though Charlie was never in love with it, it was the sight of their wedding and all of the moments, both good and bad, of their rekindled relationship in the early years. But I also love that they were able to escape back to where it all began at Texas A&M.Definitely looking forward to reading Rachel's book this summer (and probably rereading all the others before then--I can't even imagine what that's going to bring!

Love this story to Infinity
Just finished reading the final installment of Colin and Charlie's story. All the books in the Infinity series are great reads. And yes they all need to be read in the order that they were published. Not wanting to spoil anything for those who have yet to read Infinity. I just want to say that I very much enjoyed reading how every thing plays out for these two. A lot happens in this book. But I didn't feel like it was rushed at all. Having both their point of views in the book was great. I love both characters and felt for each of them. But Colin....he just kept tugging at my heart. What he does towards the end of the book for what he wants....Layne Harper you hit it spot on. The last chapter with Colin and Ainsley left me with a laugh. Having finished the book I was left with feeling good about ending the story of Colin and Charlie. Not because I was done reading about these two. But because Layne Harper told everything that needs to be told about these two so perfectly. I wasn't left feeling like I didn't get the whole story. It felt right that Colin's pov got the last word. Because his fears and insecurities seemed the most felt. And to finish the book with him telling it helps us as the reader say "the end" to a great story. I will be reading this series over again because its that good. Thank you Layne Harper for such a great time.

Infinity & Beyond!!!
Layne Harper is at the top of my list of awesome authors. I read every book in this series and each book just got better and better. You felt like you were close personal friends of Colin and Charlie and were present for every event, big and small, in their lives. The reading was so easy because Layne Harper is very descriptive and she lays out each emotion and dialogue and detail of the story perfectly. I don't want to give away any spoilers of this book so I don't want to tell you what this book is about, but I can say that I highly recommend this book and series. Charlie and Colin's story is amazing, and Mrs. Harper includes several issues that are dealt with by many people on a daily basis throughout their lives, like: eating disorders, anxiety, control issues, death, security threats, the paparazzi, etc.. So not only is this a romance story but it hits on real life issues and on relationship issues. Great read, highly recommend you buying this reasonably priced book/books and spend some good quality time being entertained! Thank you, Layne Harper and keep your stories coming.jj

So wanted to love this book but unfortunately didn't
I had burned through the first three books and then realized this last one hadn't come out, and so I eagerly stalked Layne Harper's webpage waiting for it to come out. I re-read the first three a couple of times prepping for the release of this one. Let me tell you I seriously loved this series....until this one. As soon as it was up I read it and well I was really bummed by the end of it.Obviously by looking at most of the reviews people thing it's a great book. My main gripes are more personal preference than anything but it still make the book a downer for me. A big gripe I have about the last book is the timing. The first three books we've gone in chronological order and at a fairly slow pace covering one year if I'm not mistaken, this last book starts two years after book 3 with a flashback (not a fan of those) and then speeds through a year in a single book. I feel like some major things are thrown in there (Aiden I"m looking at you) without the detail we've seen in the previous books. The other huge deal killer for me was I like my romance's to have fairy tail endings. I don't care if it's not realistic that isn't why I read romance!**Spoiler**Yes they had a "happy" ending but they both gave up their dream careers, and we didn't even get in Charlie's head to hear her side. That was the real deal killer for me. I know the author made these characters very real which is why they were so likeable, but I wanted to see them make it all work, unrealistic though that may be in the real world...totally doable in fiction.

A wonderful finale
Infinity is a fitting finale to Charlie and Colin's journey. It's been a long one, thankfully the wait between books wasn't long, but Layne Harper gave this couple the ending they deserved and I flicked the final page with a smile on my face.I've made no secret that the pair of them have irritated, frustrated and annoyed me through the series. Picking up a year down the line from when Finding Infinity ended, Charlie and Colin's lives are to change forever and due to more than one reason. As always, love, passion, jealousy, compromise, trust, hope and fear continue to play their hand and I have to confess that whilst Colin has been overbearing at times in the previous books, I found myself in his corner this time, because some of Charlie's decisions frustrated me. But on the whole it's less angsty than the rest of the series and I was expecting a little more fight between them. The way Layne Harper wrapped the book up was punchy and completely satisfying. Nothing is left unanswered which is exactly what I was hoping for and it was a great ending to a great series.

One of the Best Series I've read
I have to say that when you realise that there are 4 books in the series, there's a certain hmmm that comes to mind. I have read series that contain 3 and start well and then nose dive as if the author is rushing to conclude or worse have run out of imagination to finish well. This series could not be further from the above description. Every book has been value for money, the story has been well thought out and not rushed or worse when author charges huge money for small content .Every book is a roller coaster and the author has done a brilliant job, keeping the suspense going.I really don't write reviews this long and would never give away plots as it spoils it for other readers and frankly what's the point.Just buy the books read them in order you will not be disappointed.

Well what can I say, all four books in this series where fantastic, I was gutted they had to come to a end, loved the high and lows in Caroline and Colin, life I won't say to much as I ruin the series but I will say is I'll look for to Rachael s story this summer, also it would be nice to have a book on Ainsley and her brothers ?????? , well done Payne for a great series, defo a 100 star rating it had me gripped from start to finish xx

This series should have finished earlier
Authors should really start getting creative and write new characters instead of keeping hold of the original ones when they have nowhere to take them. I don't feel Colin and Charlie went anywhere but still arrived back at their happy ending.
