A useful addition to my gym
This is a very useful addition to my 'mini gym'. It's well produced but I mounted it on thick card to make it more durable.

Clear pictures as guides of the exercises.
Simple and straight forward exercises, with the use of different weight dumbbel. I mounted the chart on the back of a thin piece of ply wood.

Good poster
The goblet squat and sumo squat are labelled the wrong way apart from that a good poster to keep in the gym or home

Good for home use
As an older woman I have found this poster invaluable for working out at home. I'm not a body builder, but have steadily gained muscle over the last year by using the exercises shown.

Names not 100% accurate but looks OK
Looks ok but I’m not sure all of the exercises are named correctly. Fine for a display in my home gym.

Worth the money
Great poster, I use it most days, I have stuck (blue tack) it on the wall in my workout space, it has a plastic coating which means it does not get damp therefore it does not tear. Shows images of men and women in workout poses. Very happy, John

Für mich eine schöne Übersicht fürs tägliche Hantel-Training zu Hause mit vielen Anregungen- perfekt, wenn man nicht dauernd aufs Handy kucken muss, um sich die Übungen ins Gedächtnis zu rufen. Ich habe das Plakat zusammen mit zwei Hanteln 2,5kg als Geburtstagsgeschenk für meine Schwester gekauft, um anzuregen, die "Winkearme" abzutrainieren 😉- kam beides sehr gut an.

I’m using the chart for daily work outs and it makes it easy to do leg day, arm day etc. Great value for the money. Chart is easy to read with pictures showing how to do each one.
