Excellent quality and value.
I'm a long term customer, have found their 'Everlasto' Lastoflex bungee cord to be the best available anywhere and wouldn't use anything else. I use their 2mm for making utility rubber bands for holding stuff together, the 3mm for making tarpaulin ball bungees and the 6mm for adding stretch into guylines under heavy tension. All are strong and long lasting even under hard use outdoors. The price of less than £14 for a 3mm x 100m roll is incredibly good value, buy some ! I once received a slightly below standard 6mm x 100m roll by mistake and the company replaced it immediately with an apology and told me to keep the original roll. Great products and faultless customer service, what more could you want ?

Best of British
Top Quality. James Lever of Bolton Lancs. "Rope and Twine Manufacturers since 1856". The tough polypropylene outer braid readily fuses to stop the braid fraying. Top Tip - to stop fraying: Cut slack cord on a 'board' of some sort with a very sharp blade and immediately heat-seal the end with a match or lighter flame. DO NOT put the cord IN the flame, just hold the end close to the side of the flame for a moment or two.

Doesn't come on reel as depicted in the photos
Good quality product but would be better if it was on a reel as shown in photo. Tip if you're threading tent poles - cover one end in super glue (1" should suffice) and leave for 1hr. This will create a ferrule that is easier to push through the washer in the pole.

Useful stuff
Stretches to twice its unstretched length, though probably best to aim for half that to make it last a long time. When you cut a length of it, the ends of the outer layer fray, so I put glue on them before cutting (superglue or UV resin), but it looks as if it's designed to be set with a flame, and that's neater (judging by the original two ends). I use it in prototype devices with moving components to avoid things going slack.

Bungee cord
Great for fixing the elastics in tent and bivvy poles and many other uses.

Not as pictured
It didn’t come on a spool. It was a loose Hank in a plastic bag.

Shockingly good
I've just used this to re-thread some 8.5mm diameter poles from a Vango 350XL tent. This was completely straightforward; no need for special tools. I did use a bit of wire to clean out some muck from the bores, but apart from that it was easy to push the cord through the bore a bit at a time, until it pops out the other end. Plus, Everlasto are British. As others have noted, the 20m length was supplied coiled and in a ziplock bag, not on the drum in the photo. This is 100% OK - for me at least - because I've just used half of it and the rest will pack away tidily in my tent repair kit.

Använder till allt möjligt, tycker 3mm funkar fint till mycket smått, berhöver man starkare får man gå upp i dimension.
