Honestly this pan is SO good for a multitude of uses day to day. I do a lot of cooking, stir fry, curries, slow cook, pasta sauces, searing, pan frying etc. This pan is perfect for all of these if you want just ONE pan in your house. Of course it doesn't get as hot as quick as a real wok, but gets hot enough to do a home style stir fry. Searing fish and meat is also great, just make sure you heat pan til piping hot, then add oil, then add your fish or meat. The ultimate test is always fried eggs, and this pan makes fantastic crispy fried eggs. I have even made crispy fried rice with this. (If you know, you know). Aside from frying which non stick is great for, I have also made curries and slow cook stews. Make sure you use non metal utensils is my only tip. And don't burn the pan with ridiculously high heat. I have induction hobs so this isn't really a problem, but I can imagine if you left the pan burning on 9 then yea, maybe not the best.. My induction rings are significantly smaller than the pan, but I have no issue using the whole surface of the pan, and there is a pretty even distribution across the bottom. You can make restaurant quality pasta and sauce with this too, you don't need one of those stainless steel ones - this makes a beautifully glossy sauce. I have thrown a multitude of ingredients at this pan - acids, very spicy sauces, sugars, wines, soys - none of these have been an issue. Control your heat and nothing has ever stuck or burnt. All you need is a sponge to clean and things come right off no scrubbing required. The lid is fantastic, large and glass, one of the main reasons I brought it! No issues with the lid, traps steam and heat beautifully although sometimes with temperature changes, it does make odd creaking noises, I am assuming flex from the metal frame. I haven't had any issues with this but will keep an eye on it. Durability is fantastic, the circular rings and ridges really helps with searing, but also reduces scratching etc. Size is perfect for 2-3 people. Lots of room, I can do a mini stir fry on one side and fry some eggs in one quarter. Really handy to reduce washing up. The only thing I don't like is the shape of the handle aesthetically, but they functionally work fine and keep the footprint of the pan smaller.

This wok is absolutely incredible! I've had it for 1.5 years and it still looks brand new. Truly non-stick and I use it for just about everything. Highly recommended 👌👌👌

I live in a small flat and bought this pan to double as a risotto pan and a frying pan to save cupboard space. I also wanted a frying pan which could transfer to the oven easily (no long handle). It arrived very promptly and, after giving it a quick wash, I have been using it regularly ever since. Heat distribution is very even, there are no hot spots where food catches. It is the ideal size for a risotto or a paella for four but handles reduced quanties well with the even spread of heat. It has been used for risottos, paellas, searing, frying and baking (on 160C in the main oven). I was happy with the results every time. I was a little worried when I first saw it that the small, concentric ridges in the pan base would lead to the non-stick coating wearing at the ridge tops when cleaning. I needn't have. It is genuinely the easiest pan I have for cleaning. It has never needed anything more than a soak and a wipe with a cleaning cloth. I have never had to scrub. Obviously I am using suitable implements such as a bamboo wood spatula to avoid scratches. The lid provided gives a good tight fit and has no vent hole, ideal for keeping moisture in. I have another 28cm lid with a vent hole (bought for an old frying pan) which I have used when I did want to let steam out. It also fits well. All in all, very happy with my purchase and happy to recommend it to others.

Everyone who has had a paella in Spain knows that a basic pan is a fundamental part of the process. You don't need anything fancy, nothing non stick etc. You just need a simple solid pan, this was to replace one we bought in a small town hardware shop about 20 years ago, and in the basis of the first couple of paellas I have done ,does a perfectly fine job. And it wasn't the cheapest on offer, but not expensive either, and I a sure it will give us years of good service

Superb pan, bought to replace a similar pan from many years ago, and still as good. Very easy cleaning and cooks stuff really well.

Wonderful pan for my induction hob, and oven, can cook a large quantity on hob and then finish it in the oven, washes up a treat, it is rather big so lives in my airing cupboard, great price on Amazon as well

This is a used one and is 40% cheaper than the original price. There is only one small defect on the cover and it does not affect the usage. It is a right decision for me to buy a used one.

UPDATE: Yeah this did not hold very well and have lost most of the coating after 6 months of normal use. They claim a life time warrenty but don't reply when the form is filled on their website or you write them on their email. So I'm changing my review to 1 star instead of 5 because of product does not stay true to their claim. I could buy 4 cheaper non stick pans for the price of this one and they would last longer.
