Great value with some excellent YouTube reviews. Great camera at 1080p. The angle for parties and extra people in the shot is superb.However if you want a close up image without the background don’t buy this. It’s a massive wide angle and shows all the back room off with you in the middle. I don’t mind as mine is in the conservatory.Over wise it’s a £35 webcam that competes with the £70/80 brands.No software so standard win 10 setup.

I have tried so many webcams in the past year and I finally found the one that I will use. The 1080p video quality is very good. it has a good wide-angle view and is perfect for all my video calls. The installation was as easy as plugging the USB to my laptop.This is my 3rd Raleno product, I also have 2 of their panel led lights and they work really well.

the camera works great, the audio is clear but picks up background noise a little more than I'd like and is overly sensitive, even when reduced to 0% it still picks sound up

After making do since spring 2020 using the abysmal and grainy webcam built into my laptop or on occasion my smartphone, I had another browse for webcams and it seemed at last there was plenty of choice available. After looking at various options and checking YouTube reviews this unit seemed to tick the right boxes for my usage.The viewing angle isn't too wide (I found the viewing angles for the 3 cameras on my phone on Samsung's website as a point of comparison before ordering) and the image is leagues above what I've been using up until now.Without making any tweaks to the camera (saturation, brightness etc) the image is clear and sharp. Contrast is perhaps a little heavy but by no means spoils the image the camera provides.Also the low light performance is really good. I previously bought a LED video light (coincidentally the same brand) and it's still handy but not as essential as when using the built in webcam.For me the best feature of this camera (along with image quality/field of view etc) is the tripod thread underneath. As a piano teacher it's great to mount it to a stand behind me and have it tilted down giving a birds-eye view of the piano keys for my students. I've used it on over 10 hours of lessons since it arrived 3 days ago and I'm pleased with my purchase and students are reaping the benefits as well.I do intend to get it working with OBS for more options during teaching and have no doubt it will function well. The only unknown I can think of is whether it will work well with a green screen should I want to use further down the line.If I have anything else to say in the coming weeks I'll update this review.

Bought this for working at hope to upgrade my laptop cam. Easy to install and quite good quality. Works fine with Zoom but some kind of flickering interlacing problem with MS Teams. Tried everything I could think of, including running it virtually though OBS, but no joy. Scoured the internet for a solution but eventually gave up.

Its not on the levels of logitech 902 etc, but is a good solid camera for using on my PC and the sound and mics are good which was important. i had a different make and a webcam with 1 mic and it was nowhere near as good.Good webcam for the money!

I wanted something to replace using the camera built into my 2012 Macbook Pro, as that one was only 720p and not full HD, and this RaLeno camera, having watched a few youtube reviews, looked like it would do the job, but without breaking the bank.I don't use the audio on it as I have a decent USB condenser Mic so I can't vouch for how good that is in truth, but the camera is certainly leaps and bounds better than the one built into my Macbook as technology has moved on considerably in the last 9 years.

First likes:Price - it's reasonably priced.Connections - it works, unlike a previous webcam from Logitech that didn't so it wins hands down on this.Looks - it's a webcam. What do you expect.Angle - that is what makes this a great webcam. It's not wide angle which means that it focuses on me and means my green screen works. I'd tried a webcam before this which had two wide an angle of view meaning that my green screen was not wide enough and bits I didn't want didn't work. This was the main selling point for me for this webcam.Dislikes:We had to purchase an app to get the colour balance right. It wasn't great but with the app to adjust things it is fine.In the end of the day it's a reasnonably priced webcam that allows for zoom / teams conversations.
