The Reformation Heritage Study Bible is my favorite of several Reformed Study Bibles on the market today, though all of them are excellent. The family bible study notes and creeds with scripture references make this a excellent for scholar, pastor, family and personal study.I liked the hardcover edition, but when I saw this premium black goat skin, I decided I could spend the money on 1 expensive bible. I choose this one over the R L Allan Longprimer in goat skin, which I would have purchased if this one did not exist.I had the problem with the stains on pages where the black ribbons had been set, but Amazon promptly replaced the bible for free. The fault came from storage in a hot warehouse, not from the manufacturer and book binder.

This bible is like having a portable reformed seminary with you. The paper is the finest that I've ever seen in any bible and it is bound and printed nearly perfectly. Good job!

Hands down the best study bible of our time! The Puritans would have loved this study bible!
