Great balance for multi use
This is a great multi purpose cleaver, not quite an Asian vegetable cleaver but not quite an American battle axe either. I really like mine and reach for it often. Note that it arrived about as sharp as a proverbial brick, not a big deal to me but might be for some. Once sharpened it is a joy to use and keeps its edge for an impressive amount of time.

Awesome, well-made cleaver. Victorinox makes fine blades, even stamped ones. Very sharp! I suggest you buy a blade protector for it.
