Maxi-Health products have reliable Kosher certification and I have found them to be reasonably priced. My doctor recommended that I take B-12. This formulation also has Folic Acid, unlike some others I've compared it with. It is meant to be held under the tongue for maximal benefit but does not say that on the packaging.

I was looking for a biotin supplement. I saw Maxi-Healh at a health food store. The added bonus was B-12 and folic acid which is a great combination. Also important to me is that it dissolves in the mouth for quicker and better absorption. Love the fact that is kosher. Great taste.

This IS a great value as you get the properly balanced B12 along with the Folic acid and Biotin all in one.A wee bit hard but it is a chewable not a sub-lingual and it has a good flavour that isn't overly sweet.

I am reordering. There are noticeable changes with my hair and nails.

Taste great!Just keep them in original container, I tried to put them in with my other meds and they melted, but they are fantastic and it's all good! Plus they are kosher!
