Silhouette Cameo Die Cutting Machine + Vinyl Starter Kit Bundle + $25 Card + One Month Subscription

Wish I had purchased the Cricut instead!!!!! Thought bc this was the "new" machine out, it wld be better. It is NOT!!! It is NOT user friendly at all. Have to google and youtube how to do ANYTHING on this stupid machine. The adjustments on the blade are not accurate at all. U set it on the material ur wanting to cut and it supposedly automatically adjusts and will tell u the appropriate blade settings, but it still tears ur design to shreds. Have to set it one below the recommended settings and it still doesn't cut right. U load the paper in as it says to, adjust the rollers to where they're "suppose" to be, and the paper will still kick sideways. Takes several tries before it will load properly. Suppose to be easy to transfer designs over...it is NOT!!! That's a trick in itself. I can purchase a design online, download it, pull it up in my 5D Embroidery design program, generate my design, save it to my thumb drive and transfer it over to my sewing machine in the time it take to extract files to be tranferred over to the Silhouette file. Not to mention the program that comes w the machine is useless. Have to spend an ADDITIONAL $50 on the designer edition in order to do any designs u purchase. And don't get me started on finding supplies for this machine. Look in any store that offers the Cricut and Silhouette and u will quickly find out that there are VERY limited supplies available in store for the Silhouette and a whole isle readily available for the Cricut and the bad thing is, the Silhouette site didn't have any either!!! Really???? I personally like being able to run to town to grab what I need, not having to order everything online and pay EXTRA for shipping!!! I've requested to return the Silhoutte and for someone from Britt & Jules to please call me. Well I received the return label, but have yet to have my call returned from anyone. I've left 2 messages now. I thought I researched these machines out, obviously I should have done a better job. I have never left a review on anything that I have ever purchased, but I am really upset and disappointed in this machine. Hope this helps in your decision...Good Luck!!!!
