I've tried multiple items to deal with callus and cracked feet.Acid and cheese grater work, but it's too much work and easy to hurt your feet. I don't have the time to go to get pedicures regularly...but that also works.Tried a sanding board, that didn't do much good.The electric callus remover is perfect. Takes just a couple min, no pain, no nervey feeling. I've only had it two days and it's done an amazing job.

After using every couple weeks and being very happy with results, after 7 months, it no longer holds a charge. I also purchased the replacement rollers, so unfortunately I may have to order another unit just to use them.*****UPDATE: I contacted the seller to ask if this issue had been addressed before I ordered another one. They responded immediately, were very helpful and made me an offer I could not refuse. Very professional company and their rep was wonderful. I would definitely continue to do business with this company.

This product works well, seems to be reliable and really effective. Price compared to equivalents seems to be justified. No need to spend hours to reduce the thickness of calluses. Be careful and use the regular (Fine grit) roller once the bulk is gone. I just hope replacement rollers will always be available.

***Update. I am changing to 1 star because shortly after I wrote my first review about the short battery life, the device stopped charging completely. Looking at several other reviews, 4 months seems to be the lifespan of this product. It's too bad, because even though the battery life was short, I still liked the product. At least it comes in a nice case that I can reuse for something else.The shape of this foot file is great, easy to maneuver on different parts of your foot, for that it gets 5 stars. But because the battery life is extremely short, I gave it 3 stars. When I use it, it stops working before I can lightly go over 1 foot. My feet don't have thick callouses. I use this foot file about 1 to 2 times a week to smooth any rough spots that form, such as if I go to the beach for a walk and my feet dry out from the salt. Maybe I received one with a faulty battery. If it weren't for the battery, I would highly recommend the file.

Worked great for 5 months, best I ever used.Started to have problems at 5 months with stopping with a full charge, Able to milk 3 more weeks , now nothing!Expected longer usage.

I tend to build up calluses on my feet, and try to trim them down so they don't start to crack. I like this callus remover because it find that its design makes it easier to position it in good angles to be able to get where I need to. The two speeds are nice, and I haven't had to recharge it very often.

It works so good! Keeps my feet nice and smooth.
