Heats up so fast!! I would say that with nasal attachments it gets a little bit too hot on your nose that might just be because I have a couple cut on my nose but it gets very hot on your nose versus the bigger attachment

Heats up quickly. Two uses nose steamer for sinus and full face steamer. Could have been fitted with control for level of steam. But being used to bowl of boiling water and towels over head it works.

I bought this after reading the reviews, believing how good it was! How very disappointed I was after the first use. This is not thermal stat controlled, which means the steamer heats up quickly but you are unable to put it on a comfortable setting. The heat from the steamer started to burn my skin, so I would either try turning it off or withdraw my face away from the plastic mask, but it still felt extremely hot and disappointedly hardly any steam! This is no way as good as my old Pifco steamer. Certainly not good to have your skin burnt by the heat.

I think I received a return item. Only used it once and will be getting rid of it. First time I used it had a funny smell coming from the funnel.
