This is a cracking kit for I beginner. I am a beginner!😉I have just completed my first project and whilst the outcome of my work was a little shakey, the quality of this product is superb. Everything I needed was in this kit from the basic measuring tape and pins to the needle threader, clips and a wonderful range of thread colours. Even found some tweezers. I’m sure the more experienced know what to do with that.A great kit as a present too.

I was really pleased with this set, as it has everything necessary for a first sewing kit for those with a "make-do & mend mindset." It is a wonderful gift for youngsters leaving home for the first time, a housewarming present, students, preppers, travellers, fashion & textiles students, professional stylists, and even those old codgers like myself who just want to restock their existing depleted sewing kit without any faff.All the items were of decent quality, and I was happy with the nice range of colors for the sewing threads. The scissors are sharp enough to be helpful, & the needles are of very nice quality. The only thing I have added is a small magnet for dropped pins & needles, but that's not something everyone would ever want to use. Great value for money and gets my recommendation.
