There's a sleek product. I have the matching mixer and it really serves my kitchen. Well, we used to have a exact same model but cordless honestly having the cord is reliable and ensures that when you actually need to use it, you'll never have to charge it versus the wireless one where you can't charge it while you use it due to the charging port location.

This immersion blender is light, efficient, and easy to handle. It works perfectly. My only complaint is the pan guard. It falls off.

I am glad I picked this one! The quality is great, the linear speed trigger is easy to manage, and the removable plastic bowl protector is a real nice feature. I read reviews of other brands saying the power was too much and food was flying. This linear trigger is so easy to control and nothing left the bowl. I was done making my carrot and coconut soup in short order. Cleanup was a breeze. I highly recommend this unit.

It feels solid and durable in the hand, lacking the flimsy, "plastic-y" feel of many competitors. The stainless steel blending arm is not only sturdy but also easy to clean. After a quick rinse there's no lingering smells, even after whipping upa batch of toom. Speaking of, the fact that the whole part is metal lets me chill it before using it to help make homemade mayo even better. Bonus if you use non-stick cookware, the removable pan guard will help protect your cookware while still letting you use the blender in pan. Excellent quality and worth every penny.

If you think you can’t make cheap, quality soup at home it’s because you don’t have an immersion blender. Quiet, powerful. Soup soup soup soup.

I've had a few other Kitchen-Aid hand blenders over the years and have been generally impressed with them. My singular complaint about them has been that they are glued together so there is no way to repair anything without completely destroying them. Anyway - when the cord was significantly frayed and the rubber around the trigger starting to crack (on my old Kitchen-Aid hand blender), it was an easy decision about what kind to buy. When this blender showed up, I was surprised to say the least. It feels very cheap. It weighs alot less than my last two Kitchen-Aid hand blenders. The plastic feels thin and brittle, and it definitely doesn't inspire confidence. If I had been able to pick up this blender and hold in my hand before buying it - I would NOT have bought it. That being said, maybe all of these observations are superficial? I will see how this one lasts compared to the other ones, but don't expect to receive a hand-blender like the ones Kitchen-Aid used to make, this one is definitely a much cheaper one.
