I got these to replace a set of amber knobs that came in a build kit because the gold went better with the color scheme. These are excellent quality knobs and the gold is striking. The only issue was that these are fine knurl and the pots were coarse, but that's easy to fix if you run a 15/64th drill bit on slow speed in reverse and clean out the splines. Then it slips snugly over the pots. I'd order these again without a second thought.

These knobs blew away my expectations, absolutely perfect for my LP gold top. They look even nicer than Gibson knobs if you can believe it, and they're half the price. They sit closer to the body which looks awesome, way better than stock knobs. Highly recommended, I'll definitely be buying more if I ever need them.

Knobs are excellent looking and fit perfectly. Just make sure you order the right size, either metric or imperial, as they are different sizes and not really interchangeable.

I have used Vintage Forge parts on some of my previous guitars, and I found them to be quality above generic plastic parts. Changed the top hat reflectors on my Les Paul 60s to these because I prefer the bell style. Fit perfectly and they sit at the correct height with the thumb bleeders.

These are hard plastic, and I ended up breaking two, just trying to slide on. These DO NOT have an allen screw. They may work for others, but I was not so lucky.

I needed to replace one of the missing volume knobs on my 2014 Gibson Les Paul Standard. I ordered this full set because it was cheaper then ordering just one authentic Gibson knob. I thought I was going to have to replace all of them so they would match, but I didn't have to, because theses knobs looked exactly like the knobs that came on my Gibson Les Paul. Now I have three extra knobs as backup incase I lose another one. 😀

These are perfect recreations of Gibson's original gold top hat knobs. They appear more vintage-accurate than the current knobs coming out of Gibson's factory. The only reason I gave four stars instead of five is that they were just a touch too loose on the pot posts for my 2016 Gibson Les Paul Standard. This was easily fixed by wrapping a single layer of thin masking tape around the pot posts, however.
