The BEST tigernut flour!
After following the AIP diet (similar to Paleo) for 3 years due to an autoimmune condition, I've tried many brands of tigernut flour. I've even tried making my own from whole tigernuts, finding that paying someone else to grind those little rocks up is well worth it.But tigernuts are difficult for even the professionals to grind into a flour that is fine and free from clumps. Well, Iya Foods has done it!! This is only my first bag, but as soon as I opened it I was in love. (On the AIP it's easy to fall in love with a food you can actually eat...)This flour is SO fine, similar to wheat flour. Not a single clump. The flavor is also the best I've found - sweet and nutty. On top of that, it's not the most expensive tigernut flour on the market, so the value is outstanding. Excellent product!!

Excellent Flavor and Value
This tigernut flour is an excellent value - it’s close to half the price of other brands for this amount. It’s fresh and flavorful and bakes well. If you’re not familiar with tigernut flour, be aware that it is somewhat grittier than other flours. The Iya Foods brand is no grittier than any of the several other brands I’ve tried, and it is less gritty than Anthony’s. You eventually get used to the mild grit and appreciate how tigernut flour can elevate your grain-free baking. It also makes a delicious, hearty breakfast porridge (mix in cinnamon and raisins and top with coconut milk and maple syrup). I’m ordering more right away before they run out!

I use this on the AIP diet
I use this as a flour for baked goods on the AIP diet. It’s pricey, but you get a better price per pound by getting a larger size. It works great as an alternative to grain-based flours when baking. It’s also much lower in carbs if you’re following a ketogenic diet. Being it has a naturally sweet taste, you can use much less sweetener (or even none at all) in the recipe.

consistent and reliable source for tigernut flour
I've been using tigernut flour since I adopted an anti-inflammatory (gluten and grain-free) lifestyle almost a year ago. The taste is a bit sweeter than regular wheat flour but has higher protein content. The texture can be a little gritty (tho less than with other tigernut flour products) and can be dealt with by sifting. The shipment arrived on time and in good condition.

Like it
Daughter started a new AIP diet so couldn't fine much to eat she liked. Using this flour I was able to bake her cookies and muffins for snacks. She says everything tasted great.

Excellent quality
I've purchased numerous brands of this flour and found this brand to be among my favorites. It is also a good value. It's flavorful and easy to work with. I use it regularly to make my own flatbread/wraps and they turn out perfectly.

Consistency and flavor are tops!
I use tigernut flour for making cookies and flatbread. This brand has the softest consistency and a mild, slightly sweet flavor. As of my last purchase, it also beat out other brands on price. Will choose the Iya Tigernut Flour again!

Great price, flavor is a little off
I’m a longtime buyer of tigernut flour since being diagnosed with celiac disease several years ago. Tigernut flour is one of the only gluten free flours that doesn’t upset my stomach, and I was happy to find this brand on Amazon when my usually Thrive Market brand went out of stock. This flour is much finer than any tigernut flour I’ve tried, but the flavor is a little…off. It smells different and tastes different in baked goods as well. It’s not enough to make me stop buying altogether, but just wanted to note that the texture is great but flavor is not quite what I was expecting.
