I've only used it once and I love it. It gives me the space I need to cut up primal cuts of beef. As well, I also really like the way the black version looks.

This is our 2nd cutting board we have purchased to add to the other countertop so both of us can do food preparation at the same time. This is a heavy, solid, thick plastic cutting board with a edge groove that catches any released juices from food. Very easy to clean after use - I wash down with antibacterial dishwashing soap. Any stains come off with a microfiber kitchen sponge. You will get small invisible cuts on the plastic after cutting on the board after innumerable times but there isn’t any plastic dust/debree, it just makes the top of the cutting board feel slightly rough if you touch- definitely not a game changer, we bought a 2nd one. Price is a bit high but you get what you pay for. Considering purchasing a 3rd one!
