Expensive but worth it
cuts the flash down and minimally affects lens clarity. It also allows me to put a Butler Creek #10 (38.1mm) on over it so my ACOG 2x20 can have an objective lens scope cap.

Visible through optic.
I used this on a 3X ACOG and it darkened the image significantly. I’ve never had any other killflash hurt the image so severely, so I would avoid for the compact ACOG’s unless you absolutely need it.The tether is kind of suspect when stretching but I will see how it holds up over time.Lightning fast shipping though!

Absolutely does not fit TA44. This is for a TA47 2x20
I don’t know if they sent me the wrong model or what but it absolutely positively does not fit a TA 44 …. This is for a TA47 2X20

Unfit fit for TA44
Buyer beware. This killFlash does not immediately fit the TA44. I had to carefully cut into the upper and lower notches with hacksaw blade and hobby file to get this to fit with a slight left bias.

Works as advertised
Much more compact than a conventional sunshade. That's the good news. The bad news is that it does cut down slightly on the sharpness of the image viewed through it-- at least it does at 1.5 magnification. This effect lessens as magnification increases.
