Great if you can figure it out
I finally used this product after two years. My issue is that it is very difficult to judge the thickness of the ceiling. To fold the “wings” you have to leave it loose enough but not so loose that you can’t tighten it. You have no way of getting your hands on the wings to hold them still to tighten after it’s in the ceiling… needless to say, it was complicated. I had to take a flat headed screwdriver through the hole to hold it while I twisted the hook. Maybe there is some secret I’m not aware of but I couldn’t find any good videos of installation.

Great for hanging house plants
I will be using these to hang house plants when I get around to buying some in the Spring. The price was definitely right.

Comes with both options to go right into stud, or if not able to hang on a stud, to secure it on it's own. Good quality, holding up my planter wonderfully. Took 2 mins to install.
