Delicious recipes

I love the way the book is designed and how the recipes are displayed throughout the book. I had a bread machine for a couple of years and rarely used it. However, this book motivated me to give it a try! After eating me and my family "Crusty Sourdough Bread" and seeing everyone loving it! I couldn't stop. Now I have been baking fresh bread nearly every day and trying all sorts of recipes from the book. I feel like a mad baker, haha...! I also enjoyed reading "The History of Bread Making" it was exciting and several health facts about bread. Great cookbook!

Good recipes easy to follow
The book has a good selection of recipes that are easy to follow and a good assortment for the every day home baker. The only thing I would change is add some color to the book - it is all in Black and White. Also, the free offer in the back of the book doesn't work-- very disappointing.

Delicious recipes but there are some errors
Over all it is a great book but I don't like the fact that it does not have an index. There are some errors in the recipes too. The instructions for the Friendship Bread are incomplete and in one of the first recipes, the10 Minute Quick-Start, the amount of yeast listed is way too much.

Great recipes!
I've been looking for some good recipes to use in my bread machine, and so far I love these! I haven't had time to try them all yet, of course, but I'm happy to now have a variety to experiment with.

Great book
Better recipes than most bread machine books. A lot of infos and great recipe. A must have. Not just recipes but instructions you normally dom’t get from the original bread machine manuals.

Not inspiring but helped grasp the proportions needed for my brand of bread maker.
I did not dfind this book very inspiring but it helped me grasp the measurement of dry ingredients for my brand of machine. I think a bread machine blogger could write a more concise book.

PICTURES ARE BLACK AND WHITE
Overall, still need to try to recipes, but I was expecting, based on the sample, a nice cookbook to add to my collection with nice pictures to help choose what to make. However, the whole inside feels like a cheap photocopy. Not decided yet if I will return it or not.

A very accesible book. Great ideas and the recipies are kept to simplicity and clarity. Exelent choice to buy and read.

Not impressed
This was going to be a present for my sister. When it arrived I had a look through and wasn't impressed, what few pictures there are being in black and white. I'll now end up keeping it for myself. there's probably some new recipes I can use but it's just not up to it to give as a present. I have three books of my own , bought from The Works and garden centers , cost far less and are a lot better.
