This was a great activity for a 9-year old girl. She made multiple bracelets for family members and friends and had a great time doing it. Easy instructions, and the small loom was easy for her to hold. I wish the bracelet clasps that come with it were better quality, but this is a minimal complaint

My daughter received one when she turned 6 and loved it. It is now my go to gift for girls, ages 6-8. Super easy to learn, even I like making them with her. And the kit is small enough to travel with or take to a friends’ house. The buttons fall off easily and rubber bands do snap eventually, with enough wear. I advised my daughter to make it looser so it wasn’t tight around her wrist.

If you are Gen Z or a cusp Millenial you will know what I’m about to say. This is the new age pony bead pet keychains. The kids know how to do all these loops and weaves with the loom bands. This is a great gift for 6-12 year olds, but the age can widely vary. The color is vibrant and the kids like the pieces that help them start the chain. The activity has my kids entertained for at least 30 minute intervals. Very cute craft.

This was a gift for my 7yo granddaughter and was something she had pointed out in a store. I didn't realize she knew how to make anything with this kit, but once she opened it, she set to making bracelets and chokers as if she was about to open a shop! On the 2nd day we talked about more colors that she would like to have. The charms are really cute. She made her dad a bracelet with 3 charms! lol He of course wore it to work. This turned out to be a great value and easy for early elementary kids to handle. Love the storage box with dividers separating the variety of colors bands.

My granddaughter loves the kit in general but we found that this particular size and style worked really well in the car on a long 14 hr trip recently. The case is durable and stays shut when you want it to but still easy enough for little hands to get open on their own. She loves the variety of colors and pieces in this kit. It is a great all in one set on its own but especially that traveling convenience.

This is a great starter set, it comes with everything you need it has the elastics and it has some cute little add-ons for the bracelet little charms. If you’re not sure if your kid is going to be into it, it’s a good place to start, the large kits are really huge. I like that there’s a spot for everything and everything is sectioned off within the container. It’s a great gift.
