My goto for over fifty years
I’ve used Thayers Slippery Elm for over fifty years.. When I was a smoker and developed that “won’t go away” smokers cough I tried many, mostly natural, herbs and such to no avail until someone mentioned Thayers Slippery Elm.. I didn’t really care for the name but luckily I tried a tin.. I popped two tablets and within a few minutes, if that, that dry itchy throat was GONE!! I’ve been in the back woods and the cough came on me and I vowed then and there to never be without them and I have most always had a tin in a pocket…I still get that cough now and then and have not had them on me so now I keep a tin in all my vehicles and at my shop etc.. For those who have made negative remarks about them not worth the money or don’t work for them I suggest they make a doctors appointment…

Its really helped with cough!
Was recommend by my doctor to start slippery elm for severe chronic cough. I had not much expectations because I has to take inhalers and other cough medication to control my couth, it was wonderful surprise. It did provided some help right away, and after taking it for 4 + weeks I am so far without inhalers!!! It heard to believe but I am and amount of mucus is 80% less . I do take as well tea and capsules, but really enjoy lizenger, it have sweet herbal taste, I would say pleasant, not as many cough herbal products. I can take it as needed, oi ts resolve very fast,so works very good for nigh time. Its definitely worth to try , I am happy I did and took time with it as well . Now it's one of essential products for me !

A great product for acid refulx that they stopped making
Slippery elm is very helpful in lozenge form to calm and clear out an acidic throat, and I loved having these available. Unfortunately the Thayer's corporation, for some unfathomable reason, stopped making this remedy after over a century. No one else has yet made anything like it that I can find.
