Toys, First Water Magic - Baby Dinosaurs, Kids Colouring Book, Ages 18 Months Plus

I put water in the pen before we left for the day and the pen didn’t leak so that’s a good start. My toddler (17 months at the time) was presented with this whilst waiting for a meal. He had some interest but not loads- he doesn’t really ‘get’ colouring yet. It’s a good product and stood up to my toddler throwing it off the table several times. My husband managed to break the pen by pulling the top off rather than twisting it so I’ve bought another of these books so we have another pen. It’s great that it’s mess free apart from a bit of water so my son will keep being presented with these books

good for small hands but be careful as the water drips out of the pen, this is very good for colouring but can lead to the picture becoming so wet the water runs off it and if the child shakes the pen, as they do, drops fly everywhere, also if there is any water left in the pen when they move on to the next activity the pens need to be stored point up or the water keeps running out

My boy lives drinking the water from the pen so we use a brush and love it!! Very good quality!

Great little book, perfect for travel. Took it on holiday.

These were a great find for my two year old and she loves colouring in the dinosaurs. It's fun as there are hidden bits in the pictures once you 'colour' it in. I've knocked a star off as the pen provided is awful. It leaks and the water comes through the tip too fast making everything near the board soaked and dripping (including the toddler). We have an aquadoodle and using the pen from that works much better so we can still play with the boards using that.

Paint over with water again and again - magic!

This is a good colour book. Basically it reacts when covered with water. There is one fat water pen comes with it. However, it was not functioning well when we first tried, the line was too thin and you can’t finish paint quick enough as the water will dry, basically need a pen give bigger volume of water. Interestingly, I accidentally dropped the pen and only left with half water in it, it worked so much better. Don’t know if it was the drop or half load made it worked better . Overall very fun, but quality is not so great.
