I got using this ten years ago. I was in Target and saw eat right for your type book and got it because I am Rh neg and wanted to know more about it and the fact that I am blood type B. Listed were natural herbs to take to boost your immunity and this was the first one I ordered from north american pharmecitucal. I know get it on amazon. I have horrible sinuses and allergies which I finally broke down and went to allergist and am now on shots but this I always take daily.
