I needed a single small blue LED for a project on my UTV, and was skeptical when I saw these for the price offered. Since they were exactly the size I needed, I ordered them, and was pleasantly surprised when they arrived. These actually put out a clear, bright light, and exactly match the look of the OEM LED's in my vehicle. I wasn't sure how I'd mount this without any grommet or lock nuts attached, but I simply drilled a 1/8" hole in the plastic dash fascia, and press fit this in from the back. It's snug, and the little flange at the end near the wires keeps it located. Quick to install, and it works perfectly!

I got the orange obviously. The shrink wrap and resistors are nice and straight. My photos are pretty close to accurate I think. Except for the actual LED bulb appears blown out white, but my hand and the white notebook paper is pretty accurate. It's not very bright at 5 volts but at night it creates a nice warm glow.

I ordered these with a bit of hesitation, because I'm frequently underwhelmed by the quality of stuff coming out of China. And these will be used in a relative's automotive project, so I didn't want any disappointments or complaining. But, I have to say that these LEDs seem to be of good quality and consistent construction. Average brightness, with diffused lenses (not water-clear). And, even though they are made for 12V operation (integrated 560-ohm or 680-ohm series resistors, depending on LED color), I was delighted to find that they even work well at 5V. (Not FULL brightness, mind you, but still very usable.) So, they'll work with 5V Arduinos, etc. The wire ends are tinned, too. Overall, I think the package is a great value, costing about a dime per LED-resistor-wire assembly with heat-shrink-covered leads...delivered.

They all worked perfectly. One thing I didn't realize is that there are resistors built right in. I could just connect them up with a 12V or two CR2032 in series and it runs perfectly fine.

I use for general annunciation.

Packaged very well and arrived on time , these have resistors installed and may not fit your needs and additional resistor in series if you need them to work at a higher voltage, I think these are made for 12volts or less

Unlike sooo many products online (including Amazon), this was exactly as seller advertised. Granted, relatively simple product, but still no exaggeration or misleading descriptions. Tested all colors at 3V, 5V, 9V and 12V. Brightness increased with each step up. Even tested 1.5V just out of curiosity, nope no light - just like advertised. Quality wire leads, built in resistor (yes, tested to verify), pre-soldered ends to protect the ends during shipment. If I ever need LED diodes again, this is now my go to company (not the shack of radio stuff I tried twice just 4 miles away). I used it 2 diodes to repair my youngest daughters salt lamp she got from a kids Christmas gift exchange. Worked perfectly.

These are awesome. I used them to make a trailer light tester, and outlet tester. It is very cool that these have the resistors inline to hook directly up to 12v. These were cheaper to buy than buying the LEDs, resistors, and wires separately. All of mine work.

Product is exactly as described and the quality is better than I expected. Shipping was taking longer than expected and when I contacted the seller they were very responsive and wanted to resolve the problem immediately. Would recommend for future.

Wired these up in both serial and parallel as well as singular. Reallly bright with the latter two, as you would expect, and perfect when wired in series for a dimmer glow.
