I usually like to taste my herbs and get them in the most natural form possible. Well, of course shilajit is more of a resin and it definitely has a medicinal taste to it. This shilajit dissolves well in hot water and seems easier to work with than the Purblack (which began to solidify in the container and is very hard to get out). I use a butter knife to get my dosage out and then use hot water. I can also mix anything else along with the liquid such as whey protein, BCAAs, and dozens of other herbs.My digestive system not only handles it well, but welcomes it. I feel that it enhances my workouts, recovery, and immune system. I'm probably the only person I know who would ship $200 worth of resin from a mountain somewhere across the country... thanks to Amazon it was easy.
