Wholefood Earth Chick Pea Flour 3 kg | GMO Free | High Fibre

The best before date was December 2021- they’ve been in my cupboard unopened since I bought in May, it’s October 2021 and these have gone completely mouldy.

This is a lovely quality natural chickpea flour, I use it for fake egg in egg fried rice along with black salt and can’t do without it. This one mixes up nice and the flavour is great. Comes in a handy resealable bag as well, nice touch! Much better value than the one I got at H&B for £4.99…

I use this instead of eggs in baking especially pancakes and it does the job.

Everything I've tried with this flour has tasted great, still experimenting and looking for new recipes.

Good product but shame they are using the GM free marketing label. GM technology is good solid science.
