I really love this chair! I'm a therapist and I need a chair that is going to be comfortable and supportive for hours of sitting and look decent. This chair is all of that and affordable! Also, I am terrible, I mean terrible, at building furniture but found this very easy to build myself. Not sure what all of the reviews saying it was so hard to build are talking about? The delivery was very fast for a large item. I really have no complaints. I've only had it a short time so can't comment on durability but so far I am a big fan.

Not bad, pretty comfortable, moves smoothly. A note to the manufacturer, putting the assembly instructions is Box 2 is rather counter intuitive, and I was certain I didn't receive any instructions. Otherwise not much to say, its a decent chair and nice looking. I'm a little uncertain how it will hold up over the years tho... I guess we'll find out.

Bought the chair for a taller friend with foot neuropathy who needed a recliner with a separate footrest. First, the two boxes were very sturdy and well packed. The chair was easy to assemble with the minimum of parts. The result was a very well made, strong and comfortable chair. I think this shows just how well organized and proud the manufacturer is of their product. I am very impressed. Thanks!

We bought two of these chairs to use as reading chairs in our library. They are perfect for that purpose and comfortable too. I don't expect them to last for years, but for the price they are just what I wanted.

I love the chair now that it is assembled, the soothing gray color, the soft fabric the positions of the recliner, however, it was a challenge for me to put it together. Both boxes were wrapped up well so there were no scuffs or marks on the chair when the boxes arrived. They came in two different boxes, a few days apart from each other. The first box contained the Ottoman and that was fairly easy for me to assemble. It would have been easier with the second box if there were two people to hold the chair steady when going through the various different steps (6 Steps in total). I got stuck on Step 4 and then stuck again on Step 6 and I could not complete the process (I gave it 100% effort and spent hours trying to do it!). This was my experience, for other people they might be able to put it together quickly, but if you aren't handy (like me) it could be a challenge. I had a friend come over today and finish the assembly for me and he was able to do it fairly quickly, although he saw what I had explained were my challenges and spent time "fixing" my efforts. I haven't spent more than a few minutes in the chair as it was only put together today, but overall I am happy with the chair and wanted to give feedback to anyone who isn't handy and plans on putting it together independently.

I bought the Saddle color and it is very attractive (appears a wee bit darker than in the photos). All elements of the chair were parkaged very carefully, with ample cushioned wrapping over the wood base to protect it from scratches. Very high quality wood base finish. The swivel works very well, without any grinding or other issues mentioned by other purchasers. The chair rotates perfactly, with subtle resistance so that it does not whip around like a ball-bearing bar stool. As mentioned by others, the single sheet pictogram instruction is poor. I recommend using an electric drill with a metric hex bit (ideally, a long bit so it reaches the two hard-to-reach screws attaching the lower arm assembly to the chair). The vinyl fake leather material is very attractive, and great care was obviously taken at the factory to attach it tightly to the frame. I have not experienced any puckering or loss of cushioning in the armrests, suggesting that earlier units might have been working out the bugs. I bought my unit in Feb 2024 and I experienced none of the quality issues mentioned by some earlier purchasers. The chair was delivered in two boxes and the contents were very effectively protected from damage by a ton of cushioning materials. I did not set a world-record in speedly assembly, but had I used a long hex bit in a drill/driver (I have since ordered a set) I would probably have assembled the chair more rapidly. The included manual hex tool slowed things down, particularly when reaching and tightening the hidden lower screws holding the arms to the main body. Overall, a great chair at an excellent price.
