Love our Razor 22” griddle.
It’s amazing the amount of food you can fit on it. I fried a whole lb of bacon in one fell swoop. I’ve done pancakes, hash browns, fried eggs, stir fry, etc. we followed the instructions to a “T” on seasoning it and it’s as good as any non-stick fry pan I own. Great value too. I started out looking at the “other” brand and well, we got a bigger griddle for less money. The Cart it’s on works great and we have a 20 lb propane tank hooked up to, it we just needed to buy the adapter. You can find it here, on Amazon

Griddle is awesome for large cooks and bacon.
The griddle gets hot and is great for large cooks when making tacos, burgers, bacon, eggs, pancakes. You name it this cooks it. I specifically bought this to cook bacon and smash burgers so my kitchen doesn't get the grease splatter. The foldable legs could use some work on how they fold. It is heavy so put it together with 2 people, or at least lift it with 2 people. Easy to clean. Love the grease trap being in front. Propane to cooking ratio is pretty good. The foldable shelves are what sold me on this brand are awesome and convenient. I recommend this anyone wanting to spend this much coin on a griddle. My wife likes using this griddle as it's easy to use and clean and less mess in the kitchen for big cooks.

Versatile with a minor deficiency
Great grill, my first propane grill so no direct comparisons. Well built, well thought out design. One deficiency is wheels all plastic no bearings so noisy and noticeably difficult to pull over any surface not smooth and flat. Also wheels are too small 5inch. When standing the grill leans towards the wheel side away from the drain hole on the grill. I installed 7inch lawn mower wheels, leveled out grill and pulled easily. The grill itself is preseasoned I applied oil anyway as prescribed. Then started grilling everything I’m allowed to touch. Learned microwave is unhealthy so using this as alternative it sits on my porch now even though I bought it for camping. Small bottle lasts about two hours. I have a hose for larger tanks. Very happy with this so far. Tallow is king, butter for toast and seed oil is out. Lid keeps critters out. Everything tastes better when grilled. Cleanup is a breeze

Great product
We saw it at BJ’s club and really liked the way it looked. So ordered on Amazon. We like that it folds and has wheels so we can put it in our shed when weather is bad since we live in FL. I use grills year round, so hoping this will last longer not leaving outside all the time. It’s cast iron and I use a cast iron skillet inside as well so am happy with cooking on it. Wasn’t sure as first as we’ve always used a traditional gas grill but very happy.

NOT STAINLESS STELL GRIDDLE
NOT STAINLESS STEEL at least the griddle isn't, which is what I assumed. The burners are stainless steel, seems a bit misleading. The frame is a bit wobbly and the griddle didn't sit flat so I had to add some washers to balance it out...annoying things that shouldn't happen on something brand new, but ultimately nothing that really takes away from the experience. Now hopefully it cooks well 👨🍳

Perfect for camping!
Bought this for a camping trip (first one with the wife and kids). Learning the proper way to stand it up took all of five minutes, maybe less (stand on the feet without the wheels, pull towards your body and up) Packing up for camping, the Razor Griddle fit perfectly in the bed of my truck, thanks to it's very low profile. Got it to the camp site, unfolded it, and screwed in one of those small green propane tanks. Easy peasy! It's inaugural cook was a batch of scrambled eggs and sausage links for the entire clan - perfect heat distribution. Cleanup was a hassle because I'm an idiot and didn't grease the griddle surface enough, and I forgot to bring a scraper tool. Barring any mistakes on my part, this griddle was perfect!

Some challenges
While I love cooking on our new Griddle there are a few things that definitely seem to separate it from its brand name competitors.Cons:Drip hole/tray in front corner- awkward placing and need to be careful when scraping nothing flings off the front at you.Far right side by tank gets SUPER hot while other areas take awhile to warm up - that side is always smoking black and becomes too hot to cook on after just a few minutesShelves that fold into the lid - I LOVE the concept but after a summer drizzle the top started rusting so make sure you buy a cover before you set it up and use it.All the wind covers are made for the brand name so plan to customize something around the gap between burners and Griddle. If you leave it open any little amount of wind will mess with your temp and cooking accuracyPros- easy and quick to cook on. Love not having grill grates for food to fall through

Season it right
Season it right and your gonna love it...Each area has a different heat level, so season it evenly..I started seasoning it with plan-old-lard. Do not let it burn (watch your heat levels in each area) but heat it up rub all over (soft rag or soft paper towel) sides let it sit with heat off letting Lard cool...do this 5 x's (adding lard where u see its needed each time) Wipe off (don't clean it off) Do canola oil next(heat cool 3 x's) Rub each time it cools off. Wipe smooth. Tractor supply has grill seasoning. I did it once with that. Works perfect every time.
