Very reliable for 24x7 usage - bought this to use in India
We have the same machine in the USA for my mom who is a lung patient on 4-6 liters of Oxygen 24x7. This machine has been very reliable for over 3 years running constantly. So, I purchased this for use during her travel to India and this machine is a workhorse. Works just as the same one at our home in the US.
