Really good toothpaste.
The reason I bought this toothpaste is that it has 3X the protection. Unlike the other one I bought is 2X the protection.So, you could say I'm experimenting.

Works quickly and last a while. The numbing effect is strong & relieves mild to moderate pain for me. Only downside is the taste is pretty unpleasant, though not horrible. Worth the pain relief

I bit the inside of my mouth and it hurt a lot until I put this gel on and it healed within a day! I love this stuff and it’s a huge life saver! It may sting a little at first but then it numbs the area. I healed fast after using it.

This gel is quick acting and effective at numbing as advertised, however the sensation is quick to fade. Since you should only be applying this product a few times a day, it is not effective at providing long-lasting relief. It's fine for quickly trying to get some relief in order to fall asleep, but otherwise, it's pretty useless.
