If you are concerned about too much fluoride but want the same remineralization benefits to prevent cavities, this toothpaste is the one to buy. It is very hard to find toothpaste with Hydroxyapatite in America but it is common in Europe. Biorepair has a pleasant taste and the typical toothpaste consistency you expect, not chalky or gel like. I'm glad Amazon carries this.

This toothpaste fills in tiny cracks and crevices you didn’t realize you had. If your mouth is sensitive, this will help in 1-2 uses. This stuff does exactly what it says and your mouth will feel great.

I cannot recommend this toothpaste enough! I swore off any toothpaste with fluoride years ago and have tried many fluoride free brands and they were always ok and did the job. I’ve only ever had one cavity, but a couple of months ago my old ceramic filling fell out and I noticed a hole in my tooth and it was starting to hurt. I had heard about nanohydroxyapatite and its benefits and wanted to give this a shot before going to a dentist and spending money I don’t have. All I can say is wow! I’ve been using it for less than a month, and after a few weeks, I noticed the hole in my tooth was shrinking. I was surprised and just filed it away. It’s now been about 4 weeks of using it, and the hole is almost completely filled! This product saved me pain and money and I’m grateful. It really works guys.

I have only used this toothpaste for a few days and I honestly have to say that it has done a great job at cleaning my teeth. My teeth feel cleaner and even a bit whiter since using. If your not sure to purchase or not definitely do.
