Vidiem Eva Citron Mixer Grinder 550watts with UL Certified Motor-110 Volts

We have been using this mixer for about 2 years without any issues. It grinds wells. We use all the 3 jars. Their customer support is responsive and quick.We make all kinds of chutnies and so far happy with our purchase.

Very Good product for Indian cuisine

The mixer grinder is great—no issues even after a year of use

A friend asked me to order this for her. It is amazing for blending, grinding spices etc Love the stainless steel bowls so easy to clean. She then ordered another one. I was waiting for the sales so i can get one for myself. It does a better job for mincing garlic and ginger etc than my Vitamix does.

After first use, big jar's inner coating started peeling off if you can notice in the pics, do not want it to mix with the food. Also used medium jar once, it seemed okay. Grinding function seem to be working fine but disappointed with the inner steel coating issue as I was so excited to get this appliance.

Best quality and best work for Indian food I love this product

I have only used it to make ginger garlic paste and chutneys and I am amazed how fast it makes a smooth paste. It's not noisy at all. Only thing is the jar doesn't lock tightly to the bottom but that's ok because I'm holding the lid tight. I am waiting to test how the dosa batter comes out and how long this mixer lasts because my preethi mixer died within 2 years of purchase . I hope for good. I love the green color.

Overall great. Enough for a family of 2-3. All rounder mixer. Does smoothies, pastes for curries etc. Comes with extra parts. One of the parts of the piece I bought malfunctioned on the first day. But extra part was included. Had to change it and it is running fine now. But did not expect it. Hence 4 stars.

Have been having an amazing experience with this product since last two months. It had gone out of stock with my order. Seller called me and offered to send an upgraded version 'Vidiem Eva Nero Mixer Grinder 650 watts - 110V' at the same cost. It's been working as expected. It's the only product/brand I found that meets all the Indian requirements from a mixer grinder. Excellent product!

Like it so far. I was speculating to buy after reading the reviews that customer service is not good. So far i didnt requured to reach out to the seller for anything. Works good. Powerful mixer

Good one for all kind of grinding

I needed 3 jars for grinding different pulses and it's great for this.

It is really sad to invest dollars in a worthless item. Indian brand mixer grinder are supposed to be good for Indian cooking but this one disappointed me, to start the mixer grinder jars don’t lock to the base properly, the biggest jar doesn’t grind items to a smooth paste …even for the smallest jar you need to keep grinding for a while, still you don’t get the desired consistency. It is surely not spending so much money on this product.
