2-in-1 Thai Traditional Hand & Foot Massage Wooden Stick Tool

Ok, so I bought these things and was very skeptical. It took a couple weeks to get here but as soon as I opened the bag, all doubts were quickly dissipated. I do heavy computer work and go to the gym frequently so my forearms and between the index finger and thumb were constantly tight. I mean, like really tight where it hurt. The first minute I used these things I was blown away how great it felt. Just looking at these things, one would think they could use a pen or any rounded object to do the same thing. I thought that, too, but I was wrong. These things have a permanent spot at my desk. You may wonder if you need both because you can find them separately. Get both because they compliment each other. The wood is awesome as is the craftsmanship.

I'm learning reflexology on myself and it's difficult to do the positions, apply the needed pressure, etc. I have arthritis in my thumbs which makes it even more difficult. But now I have the reflexology sticks. These sticks are saving wear and tear on my thumbs and fingers and making it so much easier to do reflexology. Shipment is from overseas so it takes more time for them to arrive in your mail, but it's worth it! These sticks are worth 3 times the amount charged. This order is a steal - you won't find a better buy!

The x-shaped piece is handy for releasing tension in the hands. Its shaped so that it can be held and used to massage the palm and fingers with one hand. The long stick is not as useful for me. Its designed to be pressed into any other sore muscle with either end, one of which is a lot duller than the other. I think it was designed for use mainly on the feet and hands. It can also be rolled against the quadricep or calf to loosen those areas, to a point. It's about four inches long and not very heavy. They seem strong enough to last forseveral years, and are finished so there are no splinters protruding. They came with a map showing the reflexive points of the feet, which is good to have. They took a very long time to get to me in the States, more than a month, but they were a bargain at a low price.

I keep the cross one in my purse at all times! This is the 2nd time I've purchased the cross one too, it is in 2 pieces glued together. I wore my 1st one out so I bought this 2 pack. I mainly use it in btwn my thumb & first finger, it is great for your neck pain! I use it while I'm driving in traffic & at night before bed. These really work for me!

This hand massager is easy to use and convenient. However, when I used it to rub my feet for a couple of times, the shining paint at the tip almost all worn out, it looks black and ugly. The paint applied on it should be more durable.

the dowel is of a light wood and could be snapped in half if I wanted to. the prong piece came snapped in half but was of very hard nice wood. Shame this could have been a nice set if A) the dowel was made of same material as 3 pronged tool and B) if 3 pronged tool did not arrive snapped in half

Fabulous it comes with a foot chart and both pieces are beautifully made. I will also use it the T shaped one to massage my belly button as a new massage I hear of. The foot rub already felt good and felt the sensations on the botttom of my feet. I will keep these by me bed to be sure to rub my feet often. I recommend you love yourself or some with these!

I've never bought or experienced thai wooden tools for myself, either as a client or a therapist. That being said I just picked up my toolset yesterday, from an Amazon Locker (so convenient BTW) down the street from my job, and when I arrived at work opened the package I couldn't help but feel that the quality wasn't the best. The wood seemed kind of cheap making the tools feel light and not long lasting. Based on my knowledge of these tools, as stated above, I just thought that this was how it was suppose to feel. Long story short, one of the tools cracked. The T shaped tool. 1* for shipping another * for the....IDK good description and selling me on it.
