Torque. I love the power and utility of this item.
At first, I was skeptical about the power of a battery powered chainsaw. It made my job easier. I had a lot of tree branches to cut. Your saw made it very easy to complete this task. Battery life is not a problem. I was able to complete my task using one 21v battery. What I would improve on this item would be the screw adjustment. I would make it longer to fit into the bar slot more snuggly.

Good Little Saw
except there is no safety switch to keep it turned off while tightening or even carrying. You've got to make sure you DO NOT hit the trigger accidently. Otherwise, it has cut everything I've put to the test. The chain doesn't loosen all up, stays pretty tight through multiple uses. Just a good little saw, except for that safety thing.

Great mini saw. Used a lot but batteries are worn out.
Worked very well. Cut a lot of big branches. Now batteries are worn out. But feel I got my money’s worth. Still runs good but need new batteries. It keeps starting and stopping too quickly to cut anything. Think it’s the battery

Design Flaw
This 8 inch SeeSii battery operated saw has an adjustment device which is intended to tighten or relax the chain. However, it does neither - as the adjustment bolt just screws in or out without moving the adjustment pin. Nothing is broken or bent - it just doesnt work. The poorly written instructions are minimally helpful and there is no number to call with questions. The only way to make this saw work is to tighten down the chain blade nuts - then whenever the chain starts to loosen up, you have to loosen the nuts, manually pull the chain blade tighter, then tighten the nuts down again.

The battery's don't last long enough
It cuts easy and clean for a couple mins it shutting off I don't like

Perfect
Just what this old lady needed. I can actually use it safely to keep stuff trimmed up around the fence line with neighbor. Light weight enough it is easy to use. Really good product. My only problem is getting it set up out of the case and breaking it back down to fit back in the case. Practice makes perfect!

Need customer service!!!
Wish I had customer service number- my package did not come with instructions or a pamphlet. One battery seems to work fine - the other will not hold a charge.
