This is not a device I’ve used before, although I’ve had my fair share of experience with general smart watches, so unclear on how reliable the results are, but no reason not to believe them given this appears to be of good quality, sturdy and reliable piece of kit. This can be used over a 24 hour period to monitor your blood oxygen levels, even during sleep, and although I wouldn’t want to wear it continuously, it was comfortable enough to wear for that period without getting in the way. The results provided through the app are very interesting and it was interesting to have my husband wear it next and compare our results too. If you wear more frequently it’ll pick up trends too. Overall I’d recommend if this is something you are wanting to monitor; probably quite a niche area but this does seem to be a quality and consistent device, providing exactly what it says it will. Pricey, though in line with other smart watches of this type.

I'm not too sure how accurate it is, but id like to believe it is. It does exactly as it said it would, ready oxy etc. It has a little bit of info on how to use it as well so that was helpful. Comfortable fit.
